Pro Plumber did a great job. In fact they went above and beyond to make sure that their work and workmanship was very professional and satisfactory. They performed quality work. They took time to explain the problem in detail and what exactly needed to be done. Pro Plumber is very customer friendly and patient. Pro Plumber should be the standard on how the other plumbing companies should perform.

Jim, the owner answered the call on Sunday. His rates were up front and very reasonable. He promised a new, American manufactured water heater the next morning. As promised, the replacement crew came on time, were very polite, experienced, quick, and knowledgeable. It was an excellent experience

Very easy to deal with. Made a request on Angi on a Sunday and within 5 minutes I received a call. We discussed what was needed and the price, which was followed up with an email containing the information. After speaking with several other companies I went with Pro Plumber based upon price and speed of service. They showed up on time. Performed all the worker quickly and efficiently. They placed tarps down to protect my carpets and to not leave a mess. They hauled the old water heaters from the attic away. The company accepts many forms of payments, so no issues there. Excellent company if you have water heater needs.

Virgil and Eric provided excellent service and completed the removal and installation of a new 50-gallon water heater storage tank efficiently and professionally. The new installation was better and more cleanly installed than the original unit.

I had several area plumbers give me a date when they would come out and either fix or replace my heater, and then text and say they could not do it. I contacted Pro Plumber and they came out the next day and replaced it. I would recommend them to anyone who needed work done efficiently, fast, and at a reasonable price. I will use them again.

Mr Brown and his assistant showed up promptly as he had arranged. My pipes were clogged with a lot of matter from being turned off during the ice storm that came our way. He serviced my kitchen and both bathrooms along with the water heater. Not only did they get everything back up but it’s running better than before but they thoroughly cleaned up after they finished. You would have never known they had been here. The price was more than fair and he does not over-charge for his work . I would highly recommend him.

It went well. The plumbers took out the old water heater with no issues, installed the new heater all in about 90 minutes.

Professionally done. And very responsive and helpful in all communications. My only question was.... the work at the 2nd appt took about 3 hours and the bill was $3700+. It seemed high. You were recommended to me and I trust you. If you could just confirm that the charges were correct then all is well. I will hire you again.

Kept me informed and maintained original appointment even during the aftermath of the recent winter storm. Arrived on time. Performed the service very professionally and quickly.
