Jim sent Virgil 2-person team to complete the job in about 3-4 hours. They removed 2 old lowboy tanks, installed a new 40G tank with a booster in my attic, and sealed vent pipe on the roofs. Now the water heater works well. I'm happy with the job well done, and I'd like to recommend the Pro Plumber to my friends if need.

Jim called me first out of all the pros I requested a quote from. He explained to me what work needed to be done to achieve what I wanted. He even offered me a discount when I stated that I had other pros to vet. His price wasn't the lowest quote I received, but I went with him because he was able to send someone out that day and he even gave me honest feedback when I expressed that someone else's quote came in lower. The tech who came out to work on my water heater was Virgil. When I contacted Pro Plumber, I thought I needed my drain pan replaced after the water heater was flushed. Virgil looked at my water heater and when he discovered there was nothing wrong with the drain pan, he was honest enough to let me know that this work was not necessary (saving me over $700). I truly appreciate this company's honest and informative business acumen. Will be recommending them to my friends and family and I'll be using them again in the future.

They stuck to their quoted price even though they ended up having to cut a hole in the ceiling to get the new water heater into the attic. Good cleanup, friendly & professional service!

They were very quick to reach out to me and very thorough in their quote process and availability. They were even willing to come and assess in person when requested to avoid any surprise last minute charges. They were able to come and replace the water heaters within a few days and was even willing to work with my schedule. They are highly recommended and I'll definitely good them again, as needed.
