The workers for Water Heater Pros were awesome. They were respectful and professional. They completed the job earlier than expected. They cleaned up the work area. They explained to us what they did and checked to see that everything was working.

Wonderfully. The quote was simple and straightforward, zero game playing, and Jim knows his business. They gave me links to follow up to see if what they said was accurate (t was) Virgil and assistant came out to do the work, they were prompt, efficient, tarped everything and were so accommodating of our work schedules and meetings. They took out the two ancient units and installed 2 new energy efficient units that I could hardly be happier with. Virgil and his assistant were neat, tidy and they left everything cleaner than they found it I have not had this much good fortune with a service provider in decades. Plus the kicker? They finished the work earlier than they expected, told me they fixed the gas lines coming into the tanks at no additional cost, then gave me a bill for less than what they had quoted. To say I was surprised and thrilled is a understatement! I would hire Pro Plumbers again in an instant.
