Waltermire Remodeling

Eric had a very competitive bid, almost 1/2 of the most expensive. During the job there were several changes in scope and some surprises as the walls came down. Eric was able to accommodate everything we asked for. The final product exceeds expectations and looks amazing and works perfectly. We had all new cabinetry, new and relocated appliances (both water and gas plumbing). He redid the entire electrical on the back 1/2 of the house including all new lighting. The job was not always clean, and we had to keep an eye on some items and due to the changes the job took longer than planned. But the result was excellent and the price was right.

Waltermire Remodeling took out the wooden spindles on our staircase and replaced them with rought iron. The painter he had come out had to prepare all the wood, apply paint and stain. The painter matched the stain perfectly. The paint job he did was also impeccable. The two guys that installed the baulsters were very good as well. Working with Eric Waltermire was a great and wonderful experience. He has a phenomenal attitude and was extremely easy to work with.

Eric is great to work with. We had just moved to the area and he helped make our new home much more livable. I have also seen some of the other work he has done on other houses in the area. All good work. Would work with him again.
