Verdant Tree Farm

We bought $15,000 worth of Eagleston Holly trees from VERDANT tree farm. within a month most of the trees died. The nursery said it’s due to the bubblers spraying too little water which didn’t make sense as the trees right next to it are doing just fine, ( these were planted at the same time). on a large project things to happen, but they were extremely aggressive and did not replace a single tree. We feel terrible spending all this money to be treated so poorly by this company I would recommend you get all their commitments in writing, read their contract carefully, which says that if a tree dies within 30 days the buyer has to pay for transport andother costs. This was a bad experience and I wish they were a bit more ethical.

They were absolutely wonderful. We had a lot of stuff done. It took them about three hours, and there were three people. They were extremely attentive, came out ahead of time, and checked my lot to make sure that everything would fit. They made sure that the tree that we wanted would fit properly. That was all before we decided to buy anything.

They were very easy to work with, responsive, went the extra mile. Patrick advised me on which tree would be best and was mindful of my budget. They called the day of the installation and said they could come early. Everything went as planned, no damage at all to the yard, Patrick even helped me get the tree set up on a timer with a soaker hose to help it through the hot summer months. Highly recommend!
