Valdivia Painting

Like usual, they did a great job. They arrived on time and cleaned up after they were done. The place looks great. I was able to provide my own paint. However, they also use high quality paint as well, so I really didn't need to do that. Afterwards I could see that they were using high quality Sherwin Williams products for the trim, caulking and ceiling. So if you do choose to use their paint - it is nice to know they use the good stuff. They offered either sprayed or brushed painting. I wanted mine brushed. I will definately call them again to do my new home once I get moved.

I made an appointment to get a quote first. Juana and her dad came out and looked over the job. They gave me itemized pricing. They were very easy to talk with. They did not mind me asking questions and they explained everything to me. I already had bought all my paint and stuff, and they were ok with that. I called a few days later and scheduled them to come out and paint. They were easy to work with to find the perfect time for me. I had 3 painters (the father and his 2 sons) for 2 days. Juana (daughter) came out on the 2nd day and checked everything over with me to be sure I was happy. She is very detailed oriented! I really appreciated this. They removed all the curtain rods and blinds, and would have moved furniture, however I already had that done before they got there. The painters did a beautiful job. They caulked, primed and painted 2 walls of custom block paneling. They also painted a long hallway, the entry hall, formal dining area and the rest of the living room. This included the ceilings, floor boards and door frames. The cut in lines are nice and straight. They did two coats of paint on everything. Everyone was very professional at all times and nice and friendly. They worked hard and did not goof off at all. I did notice they did used quality products. I will most definately use Valdivia Painting again! I trust them and loved the work they did at my place!
