USA Cabinet Store Houston Kirby was a one-stop place for us that was a LIFE-SAVER! A "forced" kitchen remodel (thank you Harvey) and despite some minor set-backs (to be expected) it is NOTHING in comparison to what my neighbors had or are enduring! Communication with Joseph - ALWAYS professional, pleasant, and most importantly RESPONSIVE!! Quality of work top-notch by ALL trades - Cabinet, countertop - quartz, backsplash - tile. Highly recommend!

It was okay. They were not that useful for me. I was needing a contractor. The drawing that I got was did not include specs, so it was not very helpful to me. I didn't go with that project.

Horrible. Met with them Oct. 2016. Picked out cabinets and made a substantial downpayment for Dec. 2016 delivery. Only bathroom cabinets arrived and installed. After repeated attempts to contact them regarding our kitchen and entertainment cabinets, they arrived mid Jan 2017. Kitchen was a mess and mostly unusable due to multiple improper measurements and poor quality. Finally finished in mid March 2017. Shortly after final install, the pantry drawers began to sag and the cabinet doors do not align. In a letter to the "owners" of USA Cabinet Shop, we stated that we refused to pay the final 15% due to delays, substandard product ( we think they showed us a better product but installed the cheaper one) and overall poor customer service. Never heard back from them until their attorney contact us with a law suit and a lien on our property. After much negotiation we agreed to a lower final payment and they agreed to remove the lien. Horrible way to do business. Stay away from these people.

Looks great. We are very happy with the work and the results. Our project manager, Tony, made numerous suggestions that worked out well. The whole project was done relatively fast with minimal disruption in our home, which is almost 50 years old.

They were one of the higher quotes that I received so I didn't use them. They were professional, came on time. They gave me a professional quote with a good break down.

Great! Ted Currier is a designer who cares about his customers and the finished product! He came to the house, we told him what we wanted, he came up with some 3D renderings, we met at the store to pick out cabinets, countertop, and make minor changes to the layout presented. We already had extra floor and wall tile from a prior project; we bought the sconces, extra faucet, additional decorative tile, and mirror. The project manager assigned to our project, Tony, was somewhat new to the position, but knew his job was to make the customer happy and get the job done. Since this was our 3rd major project on our house, we knew a thing or two about how projects like this go, and Tony was willing to listen to us which was refreshing. As with any major house project we wanted some extra things and a couple of surprises popped up. We wanted more painting than just the touch included in the project. The paint job done by Oscar was outstanding but a little pricey. The two "pop up" items were the door width and the tiling above the back splash. We had a few brainstorming sessions with Ted and Tony, and we came up with a great solution to the doorway - a wider opening with a sliding barn door. The main issue being all of the doors in our rather old house match so when the doorway needed to be widened to get the new cabinets in we didn't want to buy a door and "try to match" our existing doors. We had the original pocket doors from an earlier kitchen remodel - not retrofitable to a swinging door but they make a great barndoor. We found and bought the type of hardware we wanted, and they installed it. The other surprise was the row of tiles needed above the backsplash because of the electrical outlets. We had planned enough tile for two rows with a few extra just in case. Alex, the tile guy (great, by the way!), said we needed three because of the location of the electrical outlets and the size of the tiles we were using. So we got out our just in case tile as well, and Alex made it work and it looks amazing. Along the way as with all major house projects some subs didn't show or didn't do the job as well as it could be. Tony would get right on finding another sub. When we continued to have issues with the cabinet installation, Tony got Ted involved, who called in an expert, and the problem was resolved. The other issue was the electrician. He knew his stuff, but was too rushed. Tony stayed on top of him and made him come back several times to do his work correctly. Quality got a B for the quality of the cabinets. We have been spoiled by the quality of the Brookstone cabinets in our kitchen which is not a brand carried by USA Cabinet Store. However, Ted with his attention to the customer and project were more important to us for our 3rd major home project, and the quality of cabinets from USA Cabinet Store are still very good.

USA Cabinets did an excellent job, particularly with responding to issues. There are always issues on a big job. What matters is how they address them when they arise. When floor tiles were installed in the wrong direction, for example, they pulled them up and re-tiled without complaint. We received excellent design advice from Ted Currier and appreciated his involvement throughout the project.

The home visit was fine but there was no follow up.

It went very well as UCS was an excellent provider and delivery the work on-time and within budget. There work normal day-to-day challenges but UCS quickly resolved and facilitated corrective actions to any unforeseen issue that came up.

They did a great job on our master bathroom remodel and hall way bathroom updating. Omar was very helpful and responsive through out the process. He even gave great input on designs and ideas as he has had much experience. Juan and Alberto were vey professional throughout the whole process. Juan listened to our input about the little details. We had a very small 4' x 8' master bathroom that we extended out to the vanity/sitting area and it turned out even better than we had hoped. The quality of materials and workmanship is very good. Even their subcontractors who did the work for the shower glass door and the granite countertops were great to work with and very professional. There were some usual and expected construction glitches that you would anticipate, but all were responded to and taken care of very quickly. At the end, the price was on mark and there were no unexpected extras or costs. They are finishing up their last item on our "punch" list today. We had gotten estimates from several other places and we are glad we went with them as they came through with what we were hoping for and even more - with a very fair and reasonable price, good options within their price package, great workmanship and delivered a great product at the end. We are already planning to use them for our next project in the home. Thank you Usa Cabinet Store for the great work! We were very pleased with the work that you did.

We bought a good looking vanity from the store and had it installed. Omar was very accommodating and really helpful. When we expressed our concern for the new vanity’s installation, Omar recommended the store technicians to complete the installation. In fact, the two technicians were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The technicians finished the installation without a hitch. They did a such a great job. We love our new vanity!

We did four estimates prior to USA Cabinet Store and none of them convince us, a friend of us recommended USA Cabinet Store Since the first meeting they were very good at answering question related to our kitchen project, their construction knowledge made adding and removing some walls very easy. Remodel day came and the process of the project was as described on our first meeting. There were some minor scratches on two cabinets, but once we mentioned to Omer, the project manager it was resolved with a phone call to replace them. Their estimated time was 15 days, we got a new kitchen on 16 days. I think the extra day made no difference for the wonderful kitchen we got. We are so happy with this project.

Final product was fine. A company is only as good as their subcontractors. I'm not sure if they were so busy on other projects, but the contractors would show up asking me what to do....I would ask if they had a "plan" of the project and the answer was always no. I didn't want to run the job, that's why I hired USA! Many issues came up, but near the end of the project my husband got involved & things started moving along. The project took twice as long as they projected. We have had many remodel projects done in previous homes in other cities and have NEVER had such a frustrating experience.

USA Cabinet & Store Staff made it very easy and pleasant process for us from selection to budgeting with customized options. Omer managed the entire project. His recommendations were great. He addressed all the concerns we had and he was easy to get a hold of throughout the process and was very accommodating to our schedules. Job was done by timely manner. USA Cabinet & Store provided excellent design expertise. They were attentive to our design preferences and style. They were very knowledgeable regarding the range of choices and products available. They were clear about the entire process and cost. The project proceeded on schedule with a few minor delays. The construction personnel were very skillful at handling and adapting to the small construction issues that arose along the way. We did have a few unforeseen cosmetic issues that cropped up at the end and took some time to complete due to difficulty in obtaining the correct material from the supplier. Nevertheless, they pursued the issues until they were resolved, which is a testament to the character of the company. Our kitchen is beautiful and compliments the style of our home. We get many compliments. The granite countertops are very striking and are the focal point of the kitchen.Overall the project was much less time consuming and disruptive to our normal routine than I expected. I would use USA Cabinet & Store again and highly recommend them.

USA Cabinet & Store did a complete bathroom remodel for our upstairs "master' bath. After interviewing multiple companies, we decided go with USA Cabinet & Store and it was a correct decision. Our designer, Omer, was very knowledgeable man. He helped us a lot with design ideas. They have a big showroom and a lot of material options to choose from. Workers who came to our house were always on time. They were very respectful to our house, they covered everywhere to prevent dust and they cleaned everyday before they left. Project went very smooth and nice. We cant believe the new look of our bathroom. It looks amazing. I'll start by saying that I absolutely LOVE my new kitchen. By the time I started working with USA Cabinet Store, I pretty much had the design layout down. USA Cabinet Store was comparable to others price wise. USA Cabinet Store's designer was punctual and available to answer all my questions which wasn't true for other companies that I worked with and she really worked hard to help me find the perfect finishes for my kitchen. That's why I selected USA Cabinet Store over the others. My unhappiness with the job comes from the contractors they used to do the work. I feel that I didn't get their best installers or electricians in the beginning. Once round one of each (installer/electrician) screwed things up, they brought in someone new who corrected the mistakes and finished off the job as I had expected from the beginning. Going through a remodel is stressful enough without the added stress of bad workmanship. USA Cabinet Store did fix everything and in the end I'm happy with my kitchen, It's beautiful and functional.

After receiving several bids from multiple companies, I decided to go with Usa Cabinet Store for my kitchen remodel. Each worker who came to do his job demonstrated professionalism and expertise. The team listened to my ideas and applied meticulous attention to all the details. They cleaned up after each work day and Omer was always available if I had any questions or concerns. Overall, it just became too difficult to schedule an estimate with this contractor. Options were limited, there were several back and forth phone calls and texts and we eventually set a time that worked out for both parties. Then, one hour before the scheduled time, they called and said they couldn't make it (because he was the only one at the store and couldn't leave) and wanted to reschedule. As a working professional myself, I had arranged my work schedule to accommodate the estimate and just found this to be inconsiderate and unprofessional and felt they didn't want the work.

It was a nice visit, and the resulting images, while a little simplistic, did in fact give me a good idea of how much impact changing out my cabinets would make. They did suggest I stop by the store and choose a particular style of cabinet for them to include in the drawing but I got caught up at work and could not get away so they defaulted to a Shaker style, which was a fine choice for this exercise. I did not pursue a Kitchen redo at this time, because I had a more urgent priority to get my bathroom redone due to pipe issues, but I will consider using this company for the job if I get around to doing the kitchen in the future.

My wife and I contacted several kitchen remodelers in the local area and found USA Cabinet & Store to be both the most responsive and the most affordable. Our estimator/designer, Omer, was very courteous and eager to ensure that we got things correct up-front so there would be no surprises. It took my wife and I a few weeks to settle on a design and during that time we made several changes and Omer was able to react both efficiently and rapidly, always letting us know if we were straying beyond our budget. We finally signed the contract on a Friday and the work began on the following Monday. The foreman, Hasan, who supervised all work accomplished was friendly and incredibly professional. I was particularly impressed with his attention to detail. He responded to our every request and worked around our schedule with absolutely no resultant issues. He made sure that every detail was accomplished properly and followed-up to ensure that even the smallest detail was completed satisfactorily. We've had a lot of major work done over the years and this was one of the largest projects we have attempted; it is also the most successful. A short word about the workmen who did the actual demolition, installation, and follow-up. They were both efficient and highly capable and their response to our many requests was always friendly and helpful. When we asked for the impossible they would explain why the request couldn't work and then frequently showed us other ways to accomplish what we wanted. I'm certain that they saved us many long-term headaches. The BOTTOM LINE is we are extremely pleased with our new kitchen and can't wait to show it off. Usa Cabinet & Store completed our kitchen Remodel in February . Omer, our designer, was a pleasure to work with - mindful of our budget and working with us to create our vision within our parameters. We had everything defined prior to signing our paperwork so we understood our commitment upfront. Jose and his helper are amazing at coordinating installation work. Most importantly, if there ever was a problem - it was resolved to my satisfaction. They want to insure that you are satisfied with your work. We only had one change and that was due to hidden pipes/ductwork in a soffit - I was very satisfied with the change recommendation and felt that it was priced fairly. I liked that they used Home for Humanity for the demo work - the crew from the organization was very neat and orderly. We love our kitchen
