It was fine. He sent me an email with all the plants and everything he would do, so I haven't determined if I would go with the gentleman or not. He came by to visit and sent me something back in an email. I didn't have any issues.

Work was done very quickly and effectively. No issues and I am planning to hire this company again for additional yard work.

Everything was cleaned up as requested. Workers were on time, fast but very thorough and neat. I was listened to and what would be done was carefully explained to me by Mr. Printice. All the workers were pleasant and courteous. I expect to use this service in the future and recommend Universal Landscapes wholeheartedly. I purchased a special deal from Angie's List and consider the price a bargain for such quality work.

Great. They removed several branches in my Oak tree and my Magnolia tree. Then they fixed my drainage by removing some dirt to direct water away from my patio and planted some grass. It hasn't rained yet so I don't know how successful they were yet. I was very pleased with their work.

It went great! Guys were super nice, and cleaned up my flower beds prior to adding new mulch. I needed 2 cu. yds of mulch.

The service was amazing. Although there was insufficient time to complete everything that was needed, I will certainly have them back to complete the job. They were very interested in understanding what we wanted. The work they were able to complete looks wonderful.

Universal Landscape Svc were very good about waiting and asking for my opinion on the cut-back.

It went very well and I highly recommend this service. Alvin has been in the landscaping business for many years and was very patient and understood exactly what I wanted. This was a no stress, no pressure project and was completed in one day, the day before Thanksgiving, so the timing was excellent. I described that I wanted the flagstone areas to be more natural and not cemented in place and this was no problem. We needed to move a few plants to other locations and this was not a problem either. I was very pleased with the professionalism, good service, and reasonable price. It looks really beautiful. Now I can enjoy the outdoors and use the stepping stones to keep my feet dry. I will definitely contact Alvin again, when I am ready for a new landscaping project.

THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND WERE VERY CAREFUL NOT TO HARM ANY ROSES THAT WERE PLANTED IN THE BED. THEY TOOK THE TREES DOWN AND NEVER BROKE A SINGLE ROSE BUSH. THEY CLEANED UP THE ENTIRE AREA AND LEFT NO TRASH BEHIND.
