Our entire experience with Universal Home Experts was great from the time Beau and the crew walked threw the doors. Beau was so nice to work with. He’s polite, professional, and helped us understand the issues we were dealing with. Beau came and repaired the leaky faucets in both bathrooms, garbage disposal, and I wanted to say he is fabulous, and I will be referring you to anyone that asks, he was kind and courteous and did a great repair job. I will call Universal Home Experts again. Again, Beau was wonderful, warm, clear communication, listened well, efficient and kind. I do not leave any public ratings, not my thing, but want you to know everything was great. Will recommend you to friends and use you next time I need service.

Cut hole in first floor bathroom ceiling below upper floor bathroom where leak was detected. No pipes were leaking. Suggested to seal inside and ouside of shower stall to see if this solves problem before closing up ceiling? Guys was very direct and checked all plumbing fixtures for leaks and worked very neatly with respect to property.

Mark with Universal Home Experts did an outstanding job. He replaced an ancient unsafe fuse box with a newer model with increased amp ratings including a surge protector and replaced several worn outlets. He and his team replaced the wiring from the fuse box to the kitchen double oven. Now we can turn on both ovens at the same time without blowing a circuit. He took time to explain to my wife and I the operation and care of the new fuse box. We are really satisfied with Mark and Universal Home Experts.

Very well. Stephen went step by step to identify and explain what was wrong. Then he went through the options for repair or replacement of faulty equipment. He took his time and answered many questions to make sure I understood thoroughly. He set up a meeting with another staff member who could go over further options and costs. That person arrived within a couple of hours so we could make a decision sooner than later. Stephen really knew his business since he had worked in the field for a number of years. All in all, a good experience.

Brett and his co-worker did a great job. Brett explained in detail what he would be doing during the first appointment. I felt comfortable allowing him to take care of the issues while I was not home. This is my parent's home and I appreciate the patience and professionalism he showed. He checked the work and explained what was done to my father. We went with Universal Home Experts because my Mom has had good experiences with them in the past. We had them out on a previous occasion when we were considering having an HVAC system installed. We postposed the project but Ricky and Robert were professional and patience and took notes as to what we wanted. Brett and his co-worker did the work in good time and of course they had to turn off the power to do the work and this was in August and fortunately they finished in the time they had told us and my parents were thankful that it was not to hot or uncomfortable for them. I appreciate how diligent and thorough he was with job and work.

Electrician - Larry - found voltage to be low, and recommended several high-end circuit replacement options to remedy. Later, I switched the outlet, and things are back to normal. Simple DIY fix, so, happy I wasn't charged. Larry is very knowledgeable, and offered helpful advice.

AC valve leaking Nathan came into the house and looked at everything one valve was turned off wrong that allows the water to drain he turn that back on for us he was very kind and considerate and told me to keep an eye on and if there’s anything else that the company can do to please get back with the company I would hire this company back in a minute awesome job .
