We were having electrical problems in our home, so we called Universal Home Experts. They arrived early, we’re very professional and Covid-19 compliant. Brett was our service agent. He was very professional, very qualified, courteous and was respectful towards us and our home. Brett was able to diagnose and problem solve our issues. Ricky P. was assigned to me. We had a good chat about the work I needed on my system. I needed a TXV replacement and refrigerant recharge. He explained the procedure and the costs associated. I didn't have Ricky do the work because the original company I called out was already coming out to perform the job. Ricky was knowledgeable and answered all my questions clearly.

He was courteous, knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing as he went to the attic, back yard, etc. He gave me his evaluation and suggestions for maintenance and improvement to the system to assure that it will run efficiently. Overall a positive experience.

Ricky at Universal Home Experts came to the house the same day we called for help. He is very professional. He had to rewire the circuit board another tech from another company broke, before he could trouble shoot the system. He found the problem, gave us several options to work with. We decided to retire the old unit and he helped us with financing. We received a new air conditioner with warranty installed the next day. We be cool now. Reached out on a Saturday and got an immediate response and when it was clear it was a replacement and not a repair Ricky came out and priced options and walked me through the pros and cons of each. Able to schedule the work and the team arrived early, was very professional and cleaned up. Provided me with a more quiet and efficient unit than I expected at no extra cost from the quote.

Mark was very good. He had a lot of good information. He gave me several options of ervice levels to choose from to find where the problem originated. He also had several recommendations for work that will be needed in the future. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Terrific. Ricky was very professional, resourceful, and experienced. He was able to repair rather than replace the sconce. He repaired the chandelier with an innovative solution. The job cost 1/2 of the original estimate. I’m delighted to sign up again as a Universal member for this year.

They came to my house to provide an estimate to repair a leak in the water supply piping in my attic. During the course of the estimate inspection it was discovered that the leak was worse than I had previously perceived. After Nick (Serviceman) showed me that the volume of water being leaked was going to damage my ceiling, I told him to proceed with the repair. The cost was higher than I expected but, the repair was done quickly and further damage was avoided. Nick even removed all of the wet insulation and replaced it with new insulation I had on hand. He was quick, clean and explained the process to me in clear terms.

Needed a "proper" grounding post and system. Additionally, took the opportunity to have a whole house surge protector installed. Been wanting to do that for a while.

Chris Cannon from Universal Home Experts came within an hour on a Saturday and got my water turned back on after my water meter was ran over by a large truck and fixed it with a high level of professionalism and a smile and did an amazing job
