The guys were very polite and sociable. They went to work and their communication was very clear. I am very happy with my water softener is been about a year maybe less but they are very good about the preventative maintenance. Would definitely recommend.

I woke up one morning and my water softener was running...it should have finished its recycling 3 hours before. I called the manufacturer who referred me to this company. Leslie, who I think is the owner, walked me throughan attempt to fix the problem over the phone. When that didn't work, he walked me through shutting the unit off until he could get to my house to do the repair. It took him several days to get to me. But he knew what the problem was immediately. After he replaced the small part that was defective, he offered several to her suggestions on how to maintain my water softener.

They have great customer service, they always answer the phones and they call me back right away if I have to leave a message. Every three months right on time, they have sent me a post card to let me know what day and time they will be out, so that gives me time to reschedule if I need to.
Description of Work: They service my reverse osmosis filtration system every 3 months. They check for salt in the water and change the filters.

This needs maintenance twice a year to remain a functioning addition to the water supply. The technicians dont have to call because it is set up outside. We have noticed an enormous difference in the taste and feel of the water since this went in. Our water was so hard before and it was difficult rinse the soap off our skin. That doesnt happen anymore.

THEY USUALLY GIVE ME A SHORT WINDOW AS TO WHAT TIME THEY WILL ARRIVE. THE SERVICEPERSON WAS NICE AND CORDIAL.
