Good fast and completed task as promised

They ruined things they were not suppose to touch, they used the wrong color, they were losing around my house. I now have over $4000 in damages that someone else is having to fix. I’m considering taking them to small claims court. Do not use this company.

The fee for his quote was $250. He never came back to inspect when completed. Was suppose to send me paid invoice and proof of insurance, which was never received. Charged $1466 to remove pot bellied stove pipe and vent. Covered opening inside house and on metal roof (I provided metal).Also, workers put up 4 strips of hardy plank siding on gusset of roof. Arrived after 10am, gone for 2 and 1/2 hours at lunch, and completed around 4pm or so. Workers did good job and cleaned up very good. I feel the charges were too high for the service.

After Hurricane Harvey hit it took awhile to get the insurance company to come out. And then trying to schedule the repairs on the roof and inside of house was tough. We had a different company that we worked with before on the actual roof. Their person who did the schedule ind repairs on the inside of the houses was booked for months. I went on to Home Advisors and were given 3 recommendations. One never contacted me, the other one was higher in price by about $1000. Tx Elite roofing did an excellent job!!!! They said it would take only two days to do. Even working around my families schedule it took only two days. They moved the furniture, put it back, cleaned up, and hauled away the debris. They were very pleasant to work with. I would definitely hire them again. In fact I have several jobs that I am going to be saving up for to have them do.

Ignacio and his crew were incredibly professional, prompt, and we'll informed. They did the work on my roof quickly, at a very reasonable price, and we're just beyond helpful. Best contractor we've used on Home Advisor easily.
