They will appear nice when they come to your house to fix your TV. They will tell you they need to order a part and ask for $200 deposit and you will never get your TV fixed. They came to my house on Feb 4, 2017 and assured me they could repair my TV and have it back to me in a few days, but not longer than a week. They took out the internal part and asked for a $200 deposit, which I gave them. The check was promptly cashed. After 2 weeks, I called and was told they needed another part and it had been ordered and they would call when the part arrived. Needless to say, after several calls and empty promises, I called them on May 4 and told them to cancel the repair and return my money. I was told they were not going to give me my money back because the part had been ordered from Japan and it takes time and they made a house call. Then he hung up in my face. I called back and asked for their mailing address as my husband wanted to write them a letter and again, rude behavior telling me they weren't giving me anything and hung up in my face again. Paid 200 dollars deposit so part could be ordered for our TV. Said it would be in a week. Doesn't respond to phone calls or text. Five weeks later still waiting! Doesn't deserve any stars however can't leave a review without giving one.

TV was not repaired or returned after paying initial $100 deposit. I requested that the 50" TV be returned many times so I could take it to another TV repair service, but it was never returned. Deposit was also not returned. Repeated telephone calls to request the return of the TV were not answered or returned.
