He said he’d come out and take a look. He did say he was interested but really busy. He never got back to me, although he said he’d call me back in a week.

Very Please. I guess I can sum it up with ... We said at punch out, "looks Good". The next morning a crew came back and said, it should be better. They stayed and redid what they thought was not good enough. That has never happened! Worth the money and mess.

At the time in 2012 I thought all went well. But I just discovered some questionable quality of work. They informed in 2012 they were using treated wood on the sills.But what I didn't know was the wood was not dry so they used drywall mud to coat it then painted over it. Now I discovered a few months ago the drywall mud and paint were beginning to p***** and crack. I could peal chunks of it off the board. So I had to hire another contractor to replace them again and paint them using a quality wood. I was not about to call Turner Enterprises again. To top it off, the new contractor told me the second sill that was replaced was not even nailed down. Very disappointed indeed.

They were good. I would use them again in the future.

Steve's crew did a very thorough job. They did not speak much English, but if things on our list were pointed out to them they took care of it. Steve was there a couple of times to help with getting what we wanted done communicated to the lead painter. They replaced several pieces of rotten wood, filled in holes and cracks in the cedar, primed and painted all cedar and trim, and cleaned up over spray and drips. They did a fantastic job.

These guys did a great job. Steve came out to provide a bid promptly. His crew got started the next week. They took adequate measures to cover floors, furniture, etc.. The quality of their work was top notch. I'd definitely recommend them and plan to use them again in the future.

From the beginning estimate to the final clean-up everything was perfect! Steve and his crew are professional, punctual and a pleaser to deal with. I thought the pricing was very fair and the end result was excellent. I will be using Steve again!

Turner and crew did a great job painting the exterior of my home. 1st day, the crew prepped the exterior of the house (power washed, cleaned, and resealed areas that needed it). 2nd and 3rd day were painting - Sherwin Williams paint color of our choosing. Upon my final inspection, I saw they even painted areas I didn't really expect (i.e. vents on top of the house, small boarder around garage and windows). I also had my front door resealed - which now looks like new. Overall, they did a great job and I would recommend to anyone. Reasonable price, on-time, and exceeded my expectations.

We were exceedingly pleased with the job. The workers were prompt and kept their tools and materials neat and out of the way. Not one complaint!

We had a kinda bumpy beginning - Steve came out quickly and gave me the bid for the job, and two days later by email, we scheduled a workdate for 2 weeks later. But then - long-story-short - a postponement, forgotten appointment, and worker shortage delayed the work 3 times. But through it all, Steve was quick to communicate and respond, and because of the delay, he had his guys paint an extra wall that wasn't in the original bid. I understand that part of the problem was the job size - from the reviews it's obvious that he does a lot of full-house paint jobs for thousands of dollars. Our little entryway kinda got lost, and because of the hurry to correct the delay, I felt that the paint team we had probably weren't his 'usual' personnel. They were polite and tidy, though, and that counts for a lot. The work was good -- because the paint was still wet in places when they left, it wasn't until an hour later that we found a few spots here and there that needed a touchup, and all along the carpet on the stairs there were bare spots (I guess they didn't have a putty knife or spreader to push the carpet nap down). Also the window blind wasn't properly closed - which since the window is at the top of the 16-ft wall was a little problematic. I was able to fill in the finessing touches, though, and together we created a lovely entryway - and I'll definitely use Turner Enterprises for any future paint jobs!

Very pleased! The quality of work was excellent and I would recommend Steve to anyone. He is super friendly and was more than willing to work with me on price and scheduling. We even had a late add of removing an old shed that adjoined our garage and Steve didn't hesitate to get it taken care of at a very reasonable price. I will definitely use Turner Enterprises in the future!

End result is OK but required a lot of reminders about what work was supposed to be done.

Steve Turner provided an estimate that was slightly higher than another painter, however, due to his enthusiasm and hands-on style we decided to select his company for the work. The crew arrived on time and worked all day except for days when we had scheduling conflicts. Steve was more than willing to accommodate us and work according to our schedule, which protracted the finish date by several days. Steve or Juan would stop by or call on a daily basis to check progress. There were numerous times we were undecided on the paint colors, but Steve provided suggestions and maintained his composure when we continually changed our minds. The finished product is exceptional, especially the kitchen. We recommend his company without reservation.

I am extremely pleased!!! Two men arrived and started right away. They were very polite and did an excellent job. I could not be happier. I will definitely use Turner Enterprises again. Highly recommend.

All the work looks pretty good. The were some small amounts of debris that was not cleaned up and a few spots where they missed when pressure washing. Other than that, the work that was done was completed in a timely manner and all team members were polite.

The paint job was done professionally and on-time. The walls were covered completely and without streaks or light spots. My litmus test was the baseboards to the carpet/tile--clean edges and no smears. Not only did they take care of painting, they also re-stained the kitchen under-cabinet flooring, and removed outdated wallpaper from the kitchen and re-textures/repainted the walls. There was a wall in the bathroom which we did not want removed, and they followed our instructions to the letter, and painted only the surfaces we wanted. But they did take the initiative to repaint the medicine cabinet...thanks to them the bathroom looked sharp! At the time we were not yet able to remove all of the furniture within the condo. "No problem!"--they moved all of the furniture to the center of the living room and bedroom, covered it all, and proceeded to paint not only the walls, but the ceiling as well. There wasn't a drop of paint on the furniture or flooring anywhere. They were prompt and finished the work in the time quoted, and, most importantly, according to the quote. This type of professional work and customer service is hard to find, and I'm sure I will use again as a service I can count on!

There was a glitch getting started but something that could not be avoided. Mr. Turner stayed in touch all the while. Once the crew was ready to start they showed up on time and got right to the job. Once the job was in it's last day one painter came and walked around in the hot, blazing sun looking at every inch of my house inspecting it for flaws in their workmanship. Anything that needed to be fixed, he did. When I went to do the final inspection I discovered that he didn't miss a thing!

Steve took on my project last minute and quoted a reasonable price. We had been turned down in the past for the exterior work on our town home due to the small space and the height of the home. When he accepted the challenge I jumped on the opportunity. His team started right away and showed up on time every day with a great attitude. The quality of the work was great. I let them run with the work and if they found anything else that needed some maintenance then to go ahead with the project. It took them about 6 days total. (including my neighbors home) I am already planning on hiring them again to paint my interior. Thank you so much to the Turner Team!

Steve Turner was a pleasure to work with. From the minute I met him, I knew he was a professional who had been in the business for a while. I had a VERY BAD experience with a previous painter and my house was left a mess. He came in and did a great job cleaning it up and making sure it was left in good shape. You only had to tell him something once, and it was done correctly.Very different than what I had been dealing with. I have already referred his name to others and would definitely utilize his services in the future.

Turner Enterprises did a great job on my garage apartment. It looks great. It was a 4 day job and everything went smoothly.

They were very qualified. I was in the business and I could speak their language so I could tell they are qualified.

The owner, Mr. Turner, was very cordial and responsive when we talked on the phone. The estimate was very reasonable compared with what some other companies were asking. The promised date was reasonable and was met. The painter arrived a little late the first day (he couldn't find our home) but was right on time the second day. I can't say enough about the painter -- he made absolutely sure everything was topnotch -- he was meticulous in ensuring he sanded around all the curved surfaces and in all the grooves. He folded the sandpaper into thin strips so he could reach every tiny spot. In his painting he took his time and did it perfectly. He kept checking and correcting anything that didn't look exactly right to him. He carefully covered the areas not being painted. The result was what I believe to be the best-looking door in the neighborhood. And the final price was the same as the estimated price. We couldn't have been happier.

This was a rare Houston experience - truly excellent, prompt service by a contractor. We have lived here for 10 years, and had this kind of experience with contractors perhaps 10% of the time. Steve and his excellent crew delivered exactly what we had contracted for - and more - well within the time frame we had anticipated. Steve worked diligently with us to address our desires and preferences, and was patient with us as we took two different trips out of town while the work was being performed. The results are fantastic, and we will be using Turner Enterprises when we have the interior of the house painted next year.

I called Mr. Turner on Saturday to set up an appointment for an estimate. He said that he could come on Monday at 2PM. I gave him my address and explained where I live. We are in Houston, in Harris county, but right on the edge of Katy. He took the address and said that he would see me on Monday. On Monday, my family and I arranged our schedule to be home for Mr. Turner's visit. At 2:30, when he still had not showed up or called, I called him. He said "Oh yes, Kathleen - not my name! - I have been meaning to call you. Your husband is Bill, right?" No. Close approximations on both of our names, but not our names. He then tells me that he doesn't have my phone number and that is why he couldn't call me. He didn't write it down as he was taking down my address??? He then tells me that he doesn't usually come out this far, but he was doing me a favor by coming. Not really a favor if he doesn't show up. He then said that he would be in the area on Wednesday and could reschedule for then. I thought he didn't come out this far and now he is coming again this week? I told him that I was not interested in doing business with someone who doesn't keep appointments, doesn't bother to call and thinks he is doing me a favor by coming. There are too many contractors on Angie's List, many of whom work specifically in Katy, for me to set up another appointment, hope he shows up and then expect that when doing my job he will begin when he says he will. After hanging up with him, he texted me, saying that he is not even in the Katy territory and he was trying to be nice and come out and that's why they don't come to Katy. Because the people in katy expect you to show up when you say you will? I am not even in Katy proper, I am in Houston and his information on angie's list says that he works in Harris county - where I live. Many people have given him good reviews, but I am not willing to work with someone who can't meet their appointments and seem to think they are doing me a favor by allowing me to hire them.

I was having the work done on my house in preparation for putting it on the market. Mr. Turner walked around the house with me and we discussed what ought to be done and decided on some things that really didn't need to be done. He was very understanding that I didn't want to spend more than necessary on a house I was about to move out of. They were scheduled to do the work while I was out of town. Rain caused a delay in the start of the job, but Mr. Turner kept in touch with me to let me know and then confirmed when they were able to do the job 2 days later. I had a friend go over to my house to check out the work, and she said some of the painted areas looked like they needed a second coat and the flagstones hadn't been washed. I contacted Mr. Turner about these two issues, and he went over right away to take a look. He confirmed that these two issues needed to be taken care of and contacted me later that day to let me know they had been done. He worked with me on payment as well. He asked for a very reasonable down payment, and then split the balance into two payments so that I didn't make the final payment until I was back at home and able to see the work they did for myself. Overall I was very pleased with Mr. Turner's responsiveness and professionalism.
