+ -1 moreWhy I went with Tuff Shed? Quality. Most other sheds I looked at were substantially cheaper in price, but when I looked at what I was getting for my money, the choice became easy. Selling points for me, 16" on center 2'x4" studs, galvanized floor joists, 5 year warranty from a company I know will actually be around in 5 years. I actually saw some sheds while shopping around, that used 1x2.5 studs placed 24" on center, and had a total of 2 studs on the entire back wall. After placing the order, the scheduling process was completely painless; one call to set it up, and another confirmation call the day before install. On the day of install, the two-man crew arrived at 9:30am, and by 1:30pm I was doing the final walk through inspection. The jobsite (my yard) was left spotless. A+ all the way around for this company.
Description of Work: Built on site, 10'x12' barn style storage shed.

Description of Work: I purchased a shed from this company many years ago. I have been happy with the shed except for some rotten siding caused by failed caulking around the window. It is out of warranty now. They repaired it for me and did a good job on the repair. I repainted it myself after the repair.

Description of Work: I went to their site in Spring to meet and look at sheds. The Salesman on 2 different scheduled appointments failed to show. |Home Depot version of Tuff Sheds left message with area salesman as required. No response. Called 1 800 .... they took info, was to call back and never did. Kind of pitiful if you ask me. Despite this, am going to go to the Home Depot store and see what happens. Not much out there as far as on-site shed builders

+ -1 morePicked out the features I wanted on their website and submitted it for a quote. Eli called me back to confirm what I wanted and arranged a time to come see the site. He came and marked the location to put up the shed and answered a few questions, then we scheduled an installation date. The day came and the workers did not show up on time. I called Eli, and he had to track them down. They arrived 4 hours late, then said they wanted to arrange another day because it looked like rain and the ground was wet. I had taken a day off of work for this, so I told them that they had better put it in that day, reschedule was unacceptable. The rain clouds cleared and they put the shed up. It looks great and is good quality. They did a mediocre job of leveling it, however. The shed itself seems worth Tuff Shed's high prices. I think in this case, you get what you pay for.

+ 0 moreI was impressed with the quality of the shed and the workmanship. The employees were always on time and did the work in a timely fashion. I was very surprised in how they were able to get the shed up so fast. I would definitely use them again. My shed looks nice and that is what I wanted. I was pleased with the work done.
