I called them in late May of 2012, to have work completed before the end of summer. I was undecided about exactly what I wanted to do, I never had the work done. I contacted them numerous times. They answered all of my questions every time, and would most definitely have them complete the work when I do make a decision.

Overall, Trifection was excellent. Jeff, the owner, came and looked at our kitchen asked what we wanted and made suggestions. He drew up plans and worked with us. Everybody at Trifection was very easy to work with. Melanie, the designer, met us at granite and tile stores and was very helpful. The two project managers, Stuart and Rick were easy to contact with any questions. Rick came by everyday to check in on the progress. Enrique was the best worker overall! He was a wonderful electrician and did more than just the rewiring!! I love my new kitchen!! So much better than my old!

Did not hire. ...to Tri-fection's response, isn't Tom Tynan is a paid spokesman for this company.

Couldn't be happier! This company does quality work which is VERY difficult to find these days. Our cabinets are beautiful. Another contractor, Paul Davis Restoration, who came to us through our insurance company made a complete mess of our cabinets using workers that were unqualified and inferior materials. Trifection saved us. They are true craftsmen. The entire process was handled professionally from top to bottom. I would recommend them highly to anyone and use them again in a heartbeat.

We are going to re-tile the shower, change the shower door, paint the cabinets, the walls and the ceiling, skim and float the sheetrock because I had wallpaper, put new tile on the floor and a laminate floor in the bedroom. We are going to get new lighting and new fixtures as well. The experience has been great. He was on time and that accounts for a lot in my book. A lot of times people don't show up and that's just not right. Professionalism means a lot to me. We know what we want already and he said there was someone there that would help me with the selection process for the materials which makes me feel a little better because I am not a designer.

Kitchen Designs did not perform satisfactory work. I did not like them at all. It seemed like they were trying to be a big remodeling company when they weren't. We ran into a lot of problems with them. They had to re-do several things, so it took a long time to get the project completed to our satisfaction. For example, they installed the cabinets in the wrong spot, so they then had to move them to where we told them to put them.
