Description of Work: Tile the bathroom floor and tub enclosure. Was not a good job and has not lasted . I don't remember how long ago but I do remember I would not hire them again

Description of Work: Replaced floor, countertops and backsplash in kitchen, fireplace surround, and floor in the powderroom. They did a good job, and I feel like we got quality work at a reasonable price. There were a couple of hiccups, as with any job. But Jim was excellent at responding quickly and doing what he could to make it right. The crew that worked on our house were friendly and professional.

Description of Work: In kitchen they did granite countertops, marble stone backsplash, repainted all cabinets, put in hidden hinges, new draw pulls that close automatically, new paint on walls, ceiling, new ceramic tile on floors, new can lights and pendant lights, new doors on pantry. |New chandelier installed in dining room, new paint in entry way, touch up paint on ceiling and fireplace. New ceramic tile in two bathrooms and laundry room, new paint in guest bathroom. Installed three mirrors. | |The entire crew was very professional and meticulous in all their work. Jim was easy to communicate with and always available by phone. He was on site many times to confer with us and his workers. | |Of all the people who came to do an estimate, Jim was the only one who showed up with samples of his work. Description of Work: Replaced cabinet sink, toilet. Tiled one entire wall in glass tile in herringbone design. Very difficult and they did a beautiful job. New tiled floor. Painted other walls and installed new door on linen closet. Installed bathroom accessories. No bathtub was installed because I had replaced my tub with a walk in jacuzzi tub.

Description of Work: Provider did excellent job completely renovating one bathroom, and doing some work on two others. Problem began weeks after work was completed - a leak in one of the bathrooms. I called the owner, Jim Lupo, on Thursday, October 30th to explain the problem, and even offered to pay extra for the repairs, although it was clearly related to work done by Mr. Lupo's firm. He promised that he would personally come by that day - or Friday at the latest, but he never showed up or called. After waiting nearly a week, I called a plumbing company to have the repairs made.

Description of Work: Reasonable, stayed with budget, good materials, good skills. Minor problems delayed completion but unavoidable and ultimately not an issue. Excellent result on my kitchen. Would use again. This remodel was done before Tri-way joined Angie's List.

Description of Work: Demolished and replaced work performed by another contractor that did not meet my finish requirements. Used the first guy to save some money, and paid the price.

Description of Work: Completely replace and upgrade master bathroom. The detail work was meticulous, and the quality of workmanship absolutely superb. We are obviously satisfied, and working with owner Jim Lupo was indeed a pleasure. (The new bathroom looks like a luxury spa in a 5-star resort!) Thanks, Jim, and all your subcontractors.

Description of Work: Punctually provided a great estimate and professional proposal to do the work. However, selected another contractor.

Description of Work: remodel of kitchen, changing old atrium into a walk in pantry, new tile floors for half the house, remodel of laundry room, painting, removal of lawyers block paneling to change to sheetrock. Our experience was everything we had hoped for- the crews took pride in their work and it shows in my house- I was there the whole time (2 months) and they only took off for their lunch breaks- we added tiling and twe helped us completely- we found termites and they removed sheetrock for the treatment and then replaced and repainted as requested- they came to work on a couple of saturdays- we made adjustments to some of the work and they completed any new requests without hesitation- i would use them again if any remodeling or repair work is ever required at my house!

Description of Work: I just wanted to add further positive feedback about Jim Lupo and his team. They did our upstairs bathroom re-model last October. When we had a minor plumbing issue recently, Jim immediately took care of the problem for us. We have had so many bad experiences with contractors in the past. Not with Jim! He stands behind his work, even months after the work is complete. We really appreciate that more than we can say. Thanks Jim!

Description of Work: Bathroom floor was sinking under the toilet. Mr. Lupo's company took out the floor and replaced rotten wood. This required taking out the floor plus two toilets and a sink. Then they reinstalled all plumbing. He also fixed the sink and tub drains which had always been sluggish. They now drain perfectly. Re-tiling was done perfectly and matched the other tile. The tile looked better than before. I was very satisfied with the result and the timeliness of the work. I did not expect the extra bonus of having sinks and tub drain so well.

Description of Work: I requested a bid for kitchen and bath remodeling work. Jim Lupo came to the house and expressed an interest in bidding. He returned the next week with a cabinet maker to review the job with his specialist. He then promised to get a bid to me in about a week. 3 weeks later I sent him a note and asked if he was still interested. He called, apologized and said he had everything he needed to bid and would get back to me in less than a week. I never heard from him again.
