The two workers and the owner were extremely professional as well as personable. The work was efficiently done and the workers clearly were knowledgeable regarding their business and diligent in the application of their knowledge and skills. Would highly recommend the workers, and the company to anyone requiring such work.

The workers were very professional and worked really hard to successfully remove stains in our terrazzo that others told us were permanent stains. All of our floors look brand new, and they are many years old. The terrazzo is original to our 60 year old house and I can't get over how gorgeous it looks. I am beyond pleased.

We chose to go with Total Finish Floors mainly due to great reviews and their cost being lower than other quotes. We had some quarter sized holes and long cracks in travertine floors that were about 8 years old. They arrived on time and were very professional in their mannerisms. They moved furniture out of my kitchen and the washer and dryer out of my utility room. It took a full day to complete the entry way and my kitchen/utility/half bath area with travertine floors. They were very good at filling the holes and cracks that were my main concern. There are still smaller holes that they were unable to fill which I was informed of when they gave me the quote. The floors were buffed and polished to a matte finish which is just beautiful. I do hope that shine lasts a long time though I was told it would be about 3 years. So I guess we'll have to go through this expense all over again at that time. The only negatives that we had was that the two men team were getting tired towards the end of the day and one of the team members (who looked more like a helper to the main guy) seemed to be sitting outside more and more and not helping the main guy much. They started bickering between themselves. And then when they were putting everything back into place my brand new refrigerator was pushed so hard that the back panel was bent on the water line connection at the wall. I did not notice this until later when my refrigerator started making a very loud noise. I called the owner the next day and he came out promptly to look the damage. He was concerned and helped to straighten out the thin plate some. I'm not that concerned about how the refrigerator was left. However, it does show that the team that he has working together isn't the best and he needs to be cautious about who he hires to help out his trained floor guy.

Lorenzo and his team were very professional, courteous, and effective. Everything was done to our satisfaction. They did an amazing restoration job on the granite by removing white water sediment stains around the kitchen and bathroom fixtures, as well as buffing and resealing all of the granite countertops. All of the grout on the floor tiles and bathroom shower was scrubbed, removing stains and damaged grout. The grout was colormatched, repaired and sealed. Lorenzo was on site much of the time with his crew. The team spent nearly 2 1/2 days working on the home for a very reasonable price (other quotes for the same work were 50-100% higher). Overall, it was a great job for a great price. I would highly recommend Lorenzo to anyone wishing to have cleaning, sealing, and repair work done for their tile.

I would recommend Total Finish Floors. Lorenzo gave me the estimate and Stewart did the actual work. The work took approximately 9 hours and Stewart worked very diligently. The floors look wonderful and I am a very satisfied customer.

Called Lorenzo a month ago to set up appt to sand out scratches and re-polish the travertine floors in my home after a big renovation. i had to shuffle the scheduled appt a couple of times to account for my contractor's timing. I wanted the floors to be the very last thing done. He was more than accommodating MY schedule and made it happen! The team came out and worked for 2 days..the result is georgeous! They were very professional, down to business--get the job done . Wanted them a bit shinnier and they were very agreeable and easy to work with--went over them once more to bring up the perfect shine. They were very respectful of my furniture and taking care to protect everything. I am having them do more work for me on the otherside of my home and seal the new outside travertine decking. SO happy I found this company.

The job took a bit longer than expected. However, the crew did a very professional job and kept in contact about what they were doing.

Extremely pleased. Not only did they do one thing, we even called them back for a second service. They showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves and finished on time. Absolutely wonderful.

The work took one and 1/2 days with two men. Steward did the majority of the work, working steadily and professionaly the entire time. The floor tile was 44 years old and stripping it reverted to the original pinkish color, considerably different different from the darker aged look before stripping. Steward suggested and demonstrated possible stains and his suggestion for a stain gave us exactly the finish color we wanted. This is a competent, professional company and I would use again.

OK........full disclosure here....... Bottom line...............they did an amazing job, but I am going to tell you everything................ We bought this house a few months ago and when the people moved out and picked up their area rugs, it was obvious that glossy acrylic wax had been used on all the exposed manufactured wood. Nothing in the stores worked so I called the manufacture to find out how to get it off without damaging the wood and they told me to use mineral spirits. I did a few test spots myself, and frankly chickened out! Rubbing it with Mineral Spirits was ineffective and I was scared to death of ruining the floors. I did a lot of research to find someone who even indicated they did this kind of work. Lots of folks want to sell their ability to clean tile and grout, but I only found one that indicated experience in removing acrylic wax from manufactured wood floors. I called and set up the appt. Lorenzo messed up on the time for our initial meeting. He was late for the scheduled appt time and then was late for the adjusted appt time. Fortunately it was OK, because I was working from home for the day. He was professional and apologetic about being late. I initially thought the price quoted was high, and I opted not to have them do all of my wood floors. I have to say that my initial impression about the price being too high was completely due to my ignorance of how big and difficult this job was going to be. The CREW of 4 people showed up on time with Lorenzo there to direct. I was shocked when I saw that this was a total, on you knees with rags, rubbing with paint thinner and watching the grunge come off the floor. I saw the perfectionism come out of Lorenzo as he reviewed every square inch of the floor that they covered and showed them every possible flaw in the area each individual had covered. I remember thinking.........I was more than satisfied with it just as it was, but Lorenzo wanted it perfect. I have to say, that by the time this ALL DAY job was over, I was feeling guilty that I hadn't paid them more. They did an amazing job and I would use them again without hesitation!

My aging slate patio had terrible calcium and rust stains and my travertine bathroom floor was very dull. Lorenzo personally made sure that the job was done well, requiring more work than was expected but without increasing the cost. I sold the house a couple months later and the like-new floors made an enormous difference in how the home showed, helping to get a good offer.

They were wonderful from start to finish. Lorenzo responded promptly to my request for an estimate. He explained what he looked for as he assessed the work required. He discussed the options available, such as level of shine and residential or commercial sealant. I felt so impressed by him that the decision to go with his company was easy. The work required them to move every piece of furniture in the house as they went from room to room in addition to area rugs. That alone was a daunting task! They took care of each piece of furniture. Also, they took pictures of the rooms to make sure everything got back into its correct place when they finished. Once they began the work, I added the outdoor spaces to the scope of work. Lorenzo simply called in another person to help. As the work progressed, he explained what they found and how they would proceed. The work ended taking more time than estimated, both because of my adding the patio and showers to the scope and because they learned the tiles had wax that they had to remove. His people worked diligently the whole time. I would highly recommend them for any work on stone!

The serviceman was very courteous, thorough and on time. He explained what the process involved. We wanted the floor cleaned and sealed and possibly polished.. He was very straight forward about the fact that the floor would be cleaned and sealed but some etching and stains/spots would not come out due to the natural stone. He said the only way it would look better would be to polish and put a clear coat over which he explained is a very messy and costly process and take more upkeep and would cost another $1000.00. We would not use the company again because of the cost and because the floor didn't look that much better when completed although we know it was much cleaner and sealed. They preformed all work professionally and in a timely manner.

All things considered, it went well. The marble was not in great shape. Lorenzo and his colleague worked long and hard to revive it and the finished results were certainly acceptable. They restored a good deal of the original polish. Several problem areas required special attention, including filling in cracks and holes with epoxy. They didn't get all of these on the first phase of the job. But when I asked them to follow up, they did so willingly. (Since this took place over the Christmas holidays, it dragged out a bit, but that was just the nature of the situation and I'm not complaining.) Good work for a good price.

My travertine floors had ground in dirt, scratches and needed to be sealed. Lorenzo gave us a fair quote compared with another cleaner. They showed up on time and did a great job. He also resealed my granite countertops. Stone is clean and looks like new.

Lorenzo came out promptly and gave me an estimate. He and his brother came the next week to do the work that we agreed upon.He was polite and courteous --did even more than we had agreed upon--example cleaned an extra shower and granite counter.He takes pride in his work and is very well mannered and wants to please his customer.

Total Finish Floors' two man crew arrived promptly at 10 AM and finished at 3 PM. They did an excellent job with our floor. We had numerous pop out repairs that the Total Floors craftsmen repaired with epoxy quickly and efficiently. They also did a great job re leveling a cracked tile under our dining room table. Finally, they re sealed the floor. We tested the sealing with a bit of water and the water beaded up nicely, a sign that the sealant is indeed working. Total Finish Floors' Leader Lorenzo Bundrage inspected the job with us to ensure quality workmanship and gave us a container of floor cleaner to use on the floor in the future. We can wholeheartedly recommend this company for travertine marble repairs and resealing.

Lorenzo and I reviewed what needed to be done his crew of three came in and started on the tile floors, while one worked on the tile another person started on the laminated floors,the third man started on the shower, bathroom floors and shower walls. I really dint know what to expect. Their lead man Mr Alton kept me informed of evrYthing that was being done and if I had any questions he would show as well as answer me. Just to add that my Ac unit went out so the house was hot but they did not complain they just kept working. After the job was completed which took all of 8 hrs, Alton and I did a walk through and I showed him a spot or two that did not look like the rest of the floor he got on it without questions, he even found an area that did meet his satisfaction. This entire crew were very customer focused (I like to call Old School Business ). After we completed our walk through Lorenzo returned, did his inspection with Alton, then redid the inspection with me. I would recommend this company to any one that needed their floors ( Ceramic tike and laminated ) cleaned to look like new. Like I said they knew what needed to be done and did a job to be proud of. They did not need to move any furniture because we were movining out so the house was empty, but I am sure that they would have done just a good of a job if there was something to move. Lorenzo was very polite, professional and punctual. Estimate was done quickly. Date was set to start work. He called during the weekend to see if they could start sooner but my schedule was not open. Lorenzo and his team showed up at the time indicated and started straight to work. The guys worked very hard and were very curtious. Took two days to complete. Was very pleased with the results except the price seemed high.Thank you for a job well done. AAAAAA
