The owner's name is Lorenzo Bundrage. I thought the price was too much. I thought it was expensive. I loved the guys that he used. They were very professional and very accommodating. They did a very good job. I will recommend them. I had a problem and I had them come back in to redo my floors. It was messed up, not because of them; but some more workers came in and messed it up. They didn't get the floors to match, so that's an issue that I haven't taken it up with them. It was my only disappointment that I haven't addressed them yet. I got quotes that were lower, but he was the highest and he came down to match a competitor of his. I also got an Angie's List discount. I still don't know how he works compared to someone else. The quality was good. Their responsiveness was excellent. I would use them if they were a little cheaper.

The project went very well. The team came in and cleaned the floor then refinished it. The process is messier than I realized. Some of the baseboards got cleaning fluids on them which I had to clean. But, overall the team was efficient and professional. They also arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves. Instructions on how to care for the floor was given as well.

Lorenzo Bundrage and his team arrived on time and quickly began polishing marble floors in a guest bath and the master bath. They also cleaned marble and travertine in the master bathroom. Both marble floors now look like new and we are delighted with the results. One tile had a stain from the previous owners and in the process of trying to remove the stain, one of the workers ground a depression into the tile. When we showed it to Lorenzo at the end of the day, he said he would have it replaced at his expense starting at 10 AM the next morning. He arrived with a tile worker as promised and used one of our spare times to replace the original. It looks perfect. Lorenzo was present at the beginning of the day and for the last hour. We could hear him telling his crew that he wanted extra work performed on some areas and that he took pride in the quality of work delivered by his company. Lorenzo got on his hands and knees himself to help with the project. We would definitely use Lorenzo for any type of stone polishing or restoration in the future.

After being told by another floor cleaning company (a company on Angie's List, by the way) that my white kitchen floor tile was "dead", i.e, totally uncleanable & damaged, I called Lorenzo at Total Finish Floors for another opinion. He said right away that he could clean the tiles & proceeded to show us what he could do by actually cleaning part of an area that had some stubborn ground-in stains & was especially dirty. He told me that this same area would be even cleaner after he used his big heavy floor cleaning equipment on it & the rest of the floor. I did have some areas where grout was missing, & Lorenzo told me he would not be able to match the color of the kitchen grout, but I decided that would be OK. I accepted Lorenzo's estimate. The next week his brother-in-law Stewart & his assistant Ken did a FANTASTIC job! It was an all-day job, & they worked hard & paid attention to detail. They moved the washer & dryer, the refrigerator, & other miscellaneous furniture to clean those tiles, filled in missing grout, & then sealed all the grout lines. I am so pleased with the results! It's like having a brand new floor! Lorenzo promised he'd have those tiles gleaming, & he delivered.

Total Finish Floors was prompt and professional from start to finish. Lorenzo gave us an estimate within a day of being contacted, even though he was working another job at the time. He was courteous, respectful of us and our home and easy to talk to. Our situation seemed unique to us, but not Lorenzo. We needed the work performed within 3-4 days and had floors that were dull and cloudy under a sealed layer. Lorenzo took his time and explained the process to be followed to restore our floors, and how they would protect our newly installed and painted and refinished wood baseboards. After his explanation of a 4 step process (strip, clean, polish and seal) Lorenzo gave his written estimate. To lay out the $$'s we had to have faith in Lorenzo the job would be first class...... and it was. Stuart from Total Finish Floors was assigned to the job. Between Stuart working full time, Lorenzo's oversight and his side-by-side work at times, they made a great team. They worked though our house --- room by room. Living room, dining room, entry, pantry, 2 closets, powder room, utility room, large family room, wet bar, large bathroom and adjoining toilet room. Lots of nooks and crannies and areas which had to be done by hand. Lorenzo and Stuart showed up early and worked into the night because of our time schedule - a 3 day job compressed into 2 days. After the work was complete, We made a detailed walk through and any areas we felt needed a little fix or more elbow grease were marked by us and gone back over to our satisfaction. The granite job was less complicated, but still spread out between a kitchen, wet bar and 2 bathrooms. The same type of care, attention to quality and detail were given by Lorenzo and Stuart. The end result was a happy ending to a stressful situation. We had a timeline to meet - a one shot chance of getting our floors in shape before we had a houseful of furniture arrive --- and a hope and a prayer Total Finish Floors were the ones that could pull it off. We researched them on Angie's List and are very glad we did! They did a first class - excellent job and we highly recommend them. They are professionals and restoring floors is their expertise. In our situation, they were hard workers, had pride in their work and were respectful of us and our home.

Lorenzo and his people are not just very professional; they are also very personable and approachable about all concerns...I was not afraid to point out places I thought needed extra attention or to ask questions about what was happening..For the most part, everything I asked was part of what they had intended to do...it was just part of the final stage of their work...I was jumping the gun....But they are not at all flappable and explained everything with intelligence and patience...The final result was more than I could have hoped for considering that saltillo tile is so inconsistent in color and texture and almost impossible to match to ours, which is more than 30 years old..
