I would like them to be more thorough in their diagnosis. After paying to fix a particular problem, the same problem occurred again and at that point it cost more to fix the laptop than it was to replace with a new one.

We've been very happy with it. We paid $150 and it's a basic computer with XP on it. It's been fine and when one buys a computer spending only a $150 that leaves a really good taste in their lives. We would surely go there again for a computer.

My laptop needed to be fix, and I brought it to top tech. The problem with my computer is that my screen won't turn on, but the power work, the fan is running, and the green power is on. When I brought it to them the told me to leave it there for them to look at, and that it might take a whole day to see whats wrong with it. So I left it there and went home, and in the next 10-20 min they call me saying that they can't do anything for my laptop. That they think the mother board is dead, and for me to get a new one. I know a little bit about computer and for sure my mother board isn't dead, and it doesn't take 10-20 for them to know that for sure. It takes a whole day to know. The other thing is that my computer is only 1 year old and it never had a problem like this before. Never going there again and going to somewhere else.

I called Chris on 3/31/10 and explained my problem with my daughter's laptop. He told me that it was infected and the viruses could be removed in a couple of days for $50.00. I also had issues with my desktop. It would not boot. The laptop was repaired the next day and I pick-up my desktop on Saturday. The desktop's RAM was loose and it was reinstalled. My computer was also infected and they removed the viruses for $50.00. Other computer repair companies charge over $100.00 for a virus removal service plus a diagnositc charge. Everybody was very professional, courteous and took the time to educate me on various things.
