This company was very easy to work with. They were on time or early for each appointment, came ready to work and work they did. The estimate was for a two day job and working under the HEAT conditions they gave a full days labor for the money. We would highly reccomend this business to anyone looking for hardscape landscaping.

They tore out some patio concrete the previous owner had put in badly, and replaced it with pea gravel concrete. They also demolished and hauled off some rotted decking and an old hot tub. They did a great job and were super nice.

They added to my existing patio. Arrived on time as promised. Completed and cleaned up everything the same day. Great workmanship.

Dario is fabulous! He did a great job for me and my clients - adding on to an existing house foundation for their home extension project. He started on time and finished on time and did exactly what he said he was going to do. He and his men were courteous and very professional. They cleaned up the job site well afterwards and made sure to carry off all their debris so there was no mess left afterwards. Their work ethic is superb. Something also important to note: Darios work was also thoroughly inspected by not one but two certified structural engineer inspectors due to the strict homeowners association requirements. Both independent inspectors gave him high marks for the quality of his foundation preparation work and said that it was top-notch. Hurricane Imelda damaged & eroded part on my driveway entrance by the rushing floodwaters. I found Dario on Home Advisor & contacted him. He arrived promptly at the time he said he would on the day he came to give me an estimate & on the dates from start until the finish of the project. He did the work exactly as agreed & his workmanship was excellent. I have no problem recommending him to others.

I would definitely recommend Tip Top. The project was laying a patio. Dario responded to my request and explained the steps. Rain was projected on the day he was going to do the job. I was concerned but he assured me the concrete would be hardened by that time the rain was forecasted. He was right. My patio turned out perfect.
