Description of Work: replaced a grounding rod for the electrical panel on my house

Description of Work: They installed a new wall outlet. Then gave me an estimate to install a chandelier on a 16 ft. ceiling. They said that it would take 1/2 day because they would have to use scaffolding and cost $500. I had it installed for $235 with one man with a long step ladder. I would not use them again.

Description of Work: I had to have them come out on two occasions and guys seems consistently good to work with. You what is happening and there are no surprises about what needs to be done and the cost before hand. I will certainly use them again. I would like to add that while the owner was in the hospital for something very serious, the company still took care of business. I have so much respect for their work during their rough time.

Description of Work: Provided guidance on electric outlet switch over the phone. After attempting to fix it myself with that guidance we determined a home visit was necessary. Took longer than expected to arrive, but quickly replaced the outlet and was pleasant and efficient.

Description of Work: Left 2 messages without a call back. I was looking to have 2 home surge protectors installed and the reviews looked promising however after a week without getting a returned call is dissapponting.

Description of Work: One room of my house and the garage lost power. Danny came out and fixed it quickly. It was the breaker and I had tried all the breakers, but there was no response. He took off the cover and when he tried the first breaker it worked. It was like magic. This guy knows his stuff and he is very nice.

Description of Work: Used Mr. Hixon and his team to connect the power to our new hot tub. The team from Thor was prompt, thorough, and very professional. We will definitely use them in the future!!!

Description of Work: This is the second time We have had to call on the services of THOR electric. Again, they were very professional, dependable, and did a great job. This time We only had a ceiling fan hung and rewired and an outside electrical outlet installed. We will definitely use them again! Danny calls back quickly and work gets done promptly. Description of Work: Danny and his staff were wonderful and a pleasure to have working in your home. Their professionalism and knowledge were everything you could want as a customer. They were very courtious and answered all my questions. Upon their leaving, you could not tell they had been working at my home as everything was cleaned up. I would recommend them to anyone needing electrical service. They performed by the following: - Checked a switch and a smoke detector to make certain that the wiring was working properly and that I had no concern for fire, etc. - Replaced the ballis in my kitchen fixture and updated the tye of bulbs being used. - installed a photo sensor light, which one of them went to purchase from Lowes while at my home, while Danny performed other elecrical services for me. - Repaired the wiring on another photo sensor light and replaced the bulb. I will definitely use them again!

Description of Work: Had a failure of a receptical under the kitchen sink which fried the receptical and damaged the plug to both the garbage disposal and the dish washer, putting both out of action. Danny came out on a Saturday and replaced the box with a heavy duty version and made a point of telling us that, while he could replace the plugs with the commercial grade plugs he had on the truck, we could save money by going out and picking up our own while he replaced the box. Not many electric service providers would do that. In short, great quality, superior service, very reasonable pricing. All from a great human being. Glad we found Danny and would enthusiastically recommend this honest and straight forward electrician to anyone.
