They never contacted me back.
Description of Work: I called for an estimate for troubleshooting my non working chime. I never received a call back. I understand it was probably a small task but they could at least let me know they are not interested in.

I am sorry that this call was over looked. I have recently had some problems with getting calls and messages. I have been having my own battles with AT&T and Comcast trying to swap my phone service over. I am sure I have missed calls and if I don't get the call there is not a lot I can do about it. This customers job was not too small I just think it fell thru the cracks and this F is for no service not bad service. If the call does not reach me I can't offer service of any kind bad or good. Description of Work: Replaced the electrical box as well as upgraded one out let in each room installed a fan and a light fixture. The guys all worked as fast as possible. They did an excellent job! I thought it would be atleast 2 days but the team they had were super efficient and we're done the same day- started at 8 and finished around 4! Very happy with the work, and responsiveness.

I bid a large number of jobs each week I do not remember what type of electrical job this customer needed done but I am happy for him if he got what he wanted. I have never said I am the cheapest. I have tried to be the best value for the money spent. I will not do a job if I am expected to cut corners or use less material than what I feel it takes to keep what I believe is a quality job. I am here to offer service to anyone who wants Thor to work for them. This customer decided to use someone else. that just business.

Description of Work: Thor Enterprises identified that the source of my electrical issues were on the CenterPoint side of my breaker panel. They told me that my problem was quite serious and that I needed to not use my power until CenterPoint arrived to fix it. Thor did not charge me for the visit because he said there was nothing he could do to help me. However the identification of the problem was a huge help. I will definitely use Thor in the future.

This review is surprising to me because I really tried hard to take good care of these folks.They live out of state and have to depend on the people they hire to do them right on the property they own in Houston. I take a great deal of pride in being able to help people in this situation. Thor was called to go and fix some electrical problems that were caused by someone trying to do electrical work that was not qualified and had created a short circuit. This house was being sold and needed a GFCI installed In addition to finding the shorted out wiring. I had to test things at the breaker box troubleshoot two sets of multi gang switches and a outlet besides installing the GFCI. I was working in this home for two plus hours and charged this customer $220.00 for material and labor. I honestly do not feel they were over charged. I gave a year warranty as well. It should not be held against me that someone else made the job bigger by not knowing what they were doing.

Description of Work: I needed a new 240 volt circuit installed in my garage. I got estimates from five electricians. Thor was the last to respond, but he was courteous, knowledgable and gave me a reasonable estimate. I preferred some of the other solutions, so I did not end up using him. I would definitely consider him in the future
