I called Danny about 11:00am with my concern about the power in my house surging - lights would flicker, the surge protector alarms were going off. He told me this was a dangerous situation - when could someone be at the house? I was able to be there in about 2 hours, and he and his assistant met me about 2:30pm. He opened the fuse box, diagnosed loose wires and tightened them. He explained what he was doing and answered my questions. He thought the problem was fixed, and left. About 10 minutes after he left, the lights began to flicker again. I called him, and he came back out. After some research, he diagnosed another problem, a component that was buring out. He replaced the component, and just charged for the part. All is working well. He called me the next morning to double-check that the power was working correctly. I am thrilled with his work and service.

I called the company late in the afternoon on a Friday. They promptly returned my call and made an appointment to came out and give me a bid that evening. The work was done the next day. The quality of work was exceptional. They did exactly what they said they would for what they quoted. There were very professional, arrived when they said they would, and finished ahead of schedule. I would definitely use them again - if I could give them a A+, I would.

He was open and honest, said I didn't need any work done besides either replacing the electric harness of the house ($5k+) or replacing lots of electric fixtures ( $3k). I didn't want either. He said no charge. I tipped him for his honesty. Nice guy, didn't seem to talk down to me.

He returned my call shortly after I left a lunch time message. He serviced my appliance the same evening. Was willing to answer my questions.

Job 1: Danny Hixon and his son Austin returned my call at 5 P.M. on a Saturday. They came at 6:30 P.M. and spent 40 minutes! Excellent value and service. A++++++. Job 2: Great work, fast & took 10 minutes.

I liked him a lot when he came out. He seemed like a very knowledgeable person. He was upfront that the cost would be $70 per hour and that included him and an assistant to do the job. Initially I was not going to replace the fan but he said he would have to take it down to do the lights so I thought why not. I have not made any decisions yet.

Excellent! He did the work very quickly and efficiently and at a very good price. I've paid much more for comparable work with another company and didn't get half the quality that Mr. Hixon provided. I'll definitely use his services again in the future.

Great! As soon as Danny arrived I showed him a fluorescent fixture in my garage that wouldn't light, he advised me that it would cost more for him to repair it than it would to just purchase another fixture. I definitely appreciated his honesty. He also took the time to explain options and obstacles regarding an outdoor fixture that I was planning to install in the future, his feedback was very important.

He inspected everything, explained the problem, gave me an estimate & finished within one & a half hours.

Arrived promptly as schedule. Worked two hours and then returned to shop to bring an additional worker as it was approaching dusk with misting rain. Worked two more hours until job was complete. Nice clean up when work completed.

Absolutely perfectly. He came over immediately whereas other companies did not have an opening for over a week. He was very polite, thorough and even checked the other garage door opener to make sure it was okay.

HONEST, HARD WORKING OWNER. Calls before coming out. Will NOT sell you more than you need and takes pride in his work.
