We called Danny on a Saturday morning and received a response in about 5-10 minutes. We were having a problem with our breaker box and Danny told my husband how to fix it over the phone at no charge. He was extremely helpful and professional and we will definitely use this company again if necessary.

Danny Hixon, owner of Thor Enterprises LLC, responded to my message within thirty minutes of my call. He was at my house with in twenty minutes after talking to him and had the problem diagnosed and repaired within one hour. He was punctual, professional, and completed the job very quickly. I believe the amount that I was charged was very reasonable. I would definately call him again for electrical problems.

After searching Angie's List I called Danny at Thor Enterprises and we discussed my project. I had a large light fixture that needed to be installed in the dining room, a fixture in the kitchen, a fixture in the bathroom, and a ceiling light/fan in a bedroom. Danny gave me an estimate of 250 to 275 dollars over the phone and we agreed on a date that he would come out and do the work. Three very nice, clean, professional young men came out to my house right on time. They got the lights and fan up in an hour! They were very courteous, friendly, and professional. I have more lighting projects (recess lighting and outdoor lighting) I would like to get done and I plan on using Thor Enterprises!

Over priced. But knowledgable

Danny is THE BEST!! I had a ceiling fan installed and two failing light switches replaced. I would rate this experience triple platinum, double A+ if there was an option for that. Danny made it so convenient for me to schedule and I am so happy with the work. His excellent customer service is noted through all the reviews but it's even better when you get to experience it first hand. I plan to have another ceiling fan installed, several light fixtures, a door chime , and full house surge protection. I look forward to shopping for these items now and calling Danny to schedule a return visit to get it all installed.

Danny and his team were great! Nice guys, good communication, clean work, professional and good with my dog. The city inspector even commented that the work was excellent.

I called and left message for Thor. I received a very fast response and scheduled an appointment. The electrician and helpers came on time and within about a half an hour or so very professionally removed the old electrical junction box and replaced it and reinstalled the light sensor. They then sealed the entire assembly with silicon sealant. The lights now work perfectly.

There were three guys who came out and we discussed the options insofar as the switch and whether or not the wiring would go inside or outside, or if we could utilize an existing switch on the interior/kitchen wall. After looking at a few things they informed me as to what they could do, how it would be done and that they'd have to cut into some drywall on the ceiling and wall for the wiring process. Then we discussed what I mentioned Danny had stated as to the price and due to the additional work in the attic and drywall, it was only going to be an additional $25.00. Therefore they did the work, efficiently, and professionally. They cleaned up as they went and did a thorough sweeping and cleaning upon completion. Each one was courteous and considerate of my personal belongings inside and out and all were well mannered. I would certainly use them again as well refer them to all my friends who needed professional electrical work done. NOT ONLYN DID THEY GET TO ME IN A REASONABLE TIMEFRAME BUT DID A GREAT JOB AT AN EXCELLENT PRICE!!

Everything went very well with both service calls. His prices are quite reasonable. He is VERY busy (so many positive Angie's List reviews make him the one-to-call superstar electrician out here) and it may take him a day or two to call back, but once he gets to the work site you can be sure he will do an excellent job for you at reasonable cost. I would recommend him without hesitation.

The quote I received from Thor Enterprises was reasonably priced. They're pretty good and honest with their billing. They are also straightforward with what could and what couldn't be used.

After receiving a quote from John Moore for $5,200, I joined Angie's List and contacted Danny with Thor Enterprises. He showed up with his son about 30 minutes later. He completed all the work for a total of $1,060. These guys are very friendly, hardworking and professional. I requested quotes for other work that I want them to do. I highly recommend Thor Enterprises.

Scheduling was easy, great group of guys arrived at my house. They got right to work, did a perfect job. Everything was tested and explained and the amount was very fair. Moving forward I love knowing who I can trust and call for any of my electric needs. It was easy to see why they are so highly rated.

I scheduled the job with Danny over the weekend and he was able to get a crew here on Monday morning. Steven and Mario arrived on time. They were very friendly and did the job quickly, professionally and neatly.

Thor Enterprises sent two people out in a short period of time. The problem was diagnosed quickly and power was restored. The two young men were professional and courteous. The charge was reasonable. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to relatives and friends.

This was my first experience having electrical work done so I was not sure what to expect. Workers arrived on time. I had basic outlets and light fixtures changed/repaired. The doorbell was re-wired and a whole house surge protector put in. They provided insightful information on light fixtures and bulb types.

Terrific. Responded within 45 minutes, identified problem, fixed quickly and made recommendations on prevention of other issues.

My husband is working on replacing switches throughout our house with some that tie into a home automation system and a few of the 3-way switches were giving him issues. We were also concerned about some of the wiring done by the builder. I called and left a message on Monday and Danny returned my call the next day. He scheduled a time on Wednesday that worked well with my schedule. He arrived on time, was very professional and extremely helpful. He was able to correct some incorrect wiring and rewired one box to help make it a bit easier to work with. He then proceeded to start on some of the simpler 3-way switches that will not tie in to the system. He explained why my husband had issues with the previous installation and suggested what he might do next time to correct it. We were very happy with his work and will not hesitate to call him again when the need arises.

I left voicemail and he called me back. I told him what I needed and he gave me a minimum price of 150. He came out quickly and fixed my main issue and the several other things I needed. They were informative and did a great job. Will definitely call them next time.

All of a sudden our ground fault breaker blew and could not be re-set on New Year's Day (probably due to old broken outlet, rain and Christmas Lights). First thing 1/2/13, I called Thor Electric. Danny called me back within 15 minutes (7:15 am) and I told him the problem and a list of other items I needed taken care of (if he had time). He was able to schedule us that day and took care of our main issue and then proceeded to tick off my list of additional jobs. I had to work that day so my adult son met with Danny and enjoyed the ease of dealing with him. Danny was very thorough as I previously tried to update a fixture only to find wires sticking out of the wall so I left everything hanging for months. Danny installed a box so that any future updates can be easily wired and then installed the light fixture. It was a pleasure dealing with Thor Electric and I will call them first for future work. I am a happy customer!

I contacted Danny at Thor to do a full electrical inspection at my residence. I had been told previously by another (reputable) co. that I needed a new electrical panel, that my outlets were not up to code, etc. and the quote was approx. $3200! I felt they were upselling after offering a 'special' on the inspection. Thor/Danny had excellent reviews and I selected him because of his reputation on Angie's List. I was not disappointed. . He was very professional, thorough and most importantly, honest. I needed none of the work the other company said I did. Danny recommended the ground rod be replaced because of its age and performed that service while he was here. Thor Enterprises/Danny will be the only company I contact for any future electrical needs. I totally trust him for his electrical expertise and customer service..

Excellent! Danny responded within 10 minutes to my voicemail, and he arrived at our house within the hour. He quickly identified the real issue and ruled out an electrical problem. Danny also charged a very fair price for having to come out after his regular office hours.

We called Thor mid-morning and left a message with the problem we were calling about. Danny called back within 10 minutes. He said he could have a couple of guys over within the hour. Stephen and Austin arrived in less than 30 minutes. They took a look at the plug we had called about and found that the GFCI was the problem. In fact, it showed some "scorching". They replaced it for us, and asked if there was anything else we needed them to look at. I showed them two plugs in the kitchen. When they tested them, they found that one of the plugs was incorrectly installed, and they quickly corrected that. In addition, they pointed out a couple of issues we will be addressing in the future, but no pressure was put on us to do it now. Stephen and Austin were very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. We were very staisfied and will definitely call Thor for any future electric repair/installation needs. We will also highly recommend them to our friends and neighbors.
