Danny Nixon and son came out to provide me an estimate within 2 hours of calling them. He provided me a rough estimate of $1,900 - $2,100 and emailed me the estimate later that night. It was $2,100. I've never had an issue like this before and didn't know what to expect. I had two other guys come out from a quote, one was for $1,700 and the other was for $2,500. I chose Danny because of the feedback here on Angies List, however, when it came for the work to be done it was not Danny that came, it was some young guy and a small crew. Once they were done, they just left without ever saying anything to me about what they had done, if they were finished, or if there was anything else for me to be concerned with. I was pretty disappointed by that as I'm sure this is NOT how Danny likes to operate. I was sent an invoice a few days later via email. The service was quick and my issue was fixed, I only wish the communication at the end had been better.

.Workers showed up on time and performed all work quickly and professionally. Price was a little high, but you get what you pay for and all work was done as requested, and I was repeatedly asked for my input if there where any questions as to how things were to be done. They were careful not to damage anything else while working and left the place as clean as when they started. Very pleased with the outcome for all the projects that were contracted for.

I left a message on Saturday afternoon and Danny immediately called back. He came out early Sunday morning and fixed the problem immediately and for a very reasonable price.

Danny was very courteous and at no time did I feel uneasy about having someone at my home while my mother and I were here on our own. He took care of the problem without any issues, completed the work and was on his way. I thought his price was quite reasonable and very fair. I will definitely useThor Enterprises for any electrical work we have in the future.

Not a lot to say. Everything went as expected, nothing that I would have changed. Offered us several options and let us choose depending on time to complete the job and price. Would recommend for sure.

The guys from Thor took down an old chandelier in the dining area and assembled and installed a new chandelier. They arrived on time, and were very courteous, neat and clean. The whole process took about 45 minutes. I was very impressed with their work. I will definitely use them again.

Called Danny on Father's day and received return call the same day. Described issues with power outage and he told me the approximate time and cost for repair based on my description. He listened to my concerns and addressed all my questions. Because the call was not an emergency, he committed to being at my home the next day. He called the next morning (early!) and advised that his crew would be at my home within the next hour. The crew arrived around 7:45AM and began working to diagnose the problem and took action for repairing the problem. They were efficient, worked switfly, were professional and accurrate. They communicated all that they were doing during the diagnostic and resoluton of the problems. They went the extra mile in all that they worked on. I felt that they were thorough but in one area during my questioning of some of the results, they did a double take and reassessment and produced additional results on their findings. For example, there was one wall switch they replaced that operated an overhead ceiling fixture. They determined that the fixture was at fault and that the switch was good upon replacement. I asked them to make sure the switch was operational and would work if the ceiling fixture was replaced. They double checked and found that the switch was indeed not functioning. They replaced the switch and we confirmed that it was operational. All we need to do at this point is to replace the fixture and all should work fine. We were very satisfied with the work that was done and the competence of the crew that came to fix the electrical problems we were having. The cost was very resonable for the work that was performed. I would use this company again and highly recommend them to my family and friends. I did not feel pressured about any "up selling" of service. They did what they were assigned to do, guarunteed their work and were very patient and informative. One of the most positive experiences we have had with workmen in our home in a very long time.

Danny was very professional on our job. He ran into some issues on site and stayed the entire day to ensure the job was done completely and accurately. He was quick to respond to our questions and the job itself. Great job by Danny and his crew.

When we bought our 40 yr old house, the inspector said we should consider replacing the breaker panel. Danny told me what symptoms to look for but didn't think it needed to be replaced. He could have easily said, "Oh yeah, you need a new one" and charged me $2500 to do it. So he saved me a ton of money! While he was here I asked him about an outdoor fixture that is supposed to automatically turn off during the day but wasn't doing so. He replaced the "eye" on the fixture and charged me $35. When I asked what he wanted for the "trip charge" he said "Oh just give me some gas money." I gave him $40, so I paid him a total of $75. I'll definitely call him again whenever I need service.

The guys were polite and professional. Did a thorough check to assess what was tripping the GFI. Issue was simply a faulty outlet.

Not only did he come out on a Sunday w/o an extra charge, he checked some smaller issues I was having as well. He made some suggestions on upgrades we needed & installed that as well. He quoted me a ballpark price on the phone for the initial service and it ended up being even less! How often does that happen??? I will definitely be using him for all my future electrical needs!

Danny took his time to walk me through the inspection and rework. All in all great service.

.Danny said that the box on my 1938 home was the worst he'd seen--wires going everywhere--but he was able to not only find new replacement parts but fix it in one day. He even figured out how to keep my fish tank running while the power was off. I felt comfortable enough that I left him the key and went out of town that day. He worked very hard and when I came back, all was well and I now have a much safer box. Through a series of events that weren't his fault, it took awhile for him to get to my job, but he was definitely worth waiting for.

Crawled all over the attic to pull camera wires to various difficult to reach locations and then installed the cameras. Even suggested one better camera location that was harder for them to install. These are very dedicated and sincere people. We've used Thor for several jobs and they always go above and beyond for a very fair price.

Called on Monday. Response," will let you know". Two days later call from different person who said he would call back a little later after looking at schedule. Did not call back until next day, Thurs. Told them I had employed other electrician. It was a small job, which Thor was told,replace light switch, fix GUI plug that had no power. Took the electrician we did hire about 30 minutes to fix the problems.

Danny and crew showed up on time and had all work completed in one day. I had my shop wired by another electrician several years ago and no ground was pulled to service panel in shop also main power was tied to the same breaker on house which I did not realize until Danny came out to quote me a price for the work I needed and showed me the hazard. I can honestly say after Danny fixed everything my A/C unit starts quicker and is not so noisy. My lights in house no longer dim down when water well and A/C start up. I have added a aerator for my fish pond and it works great . I will use Thor enterprise on any future project not only for the price but for the quality of work I received very professional.

I called to make an appointment and had to leave a voice message. Danny called back 24 hours later and we made the appointment for several days afterwards. The workers showed up on time, were pleasant, took their shoes off without being asked, and got to work. When they were finished, we evaluated the light and I asked them to reposition the bars to avoid casting a shadow--they were very willing to do this. The cleaned up any debris. This is the second time we have used Thor--the same men also installed a light over my husband's pool table--and he was very pleased with their work. The price was in line with electricians and they are promt, pleasant and do good work--can't ask for more.

Fabulous! He actually came out on a Saturday night!!!!! Who does that!?! I've used him in the past ofr other work and have recommended him to all my neighbors.

The guys came promptly at 8:30am and fixed my utility room light that had been broken for a while. They were done in <30 minutes and it works great.
