We apologize for the confusion on what is cover and what is not, in regards to extra footage, repairs or additional work. We went back and reviewed our Deal on AL's site and the discounted gutter cleaning deal indicates a maximum footage of 250 linear ft. of gutter & downspout cleaning for only $94! Any additional footage can be cleaned at a discounted rate of only 42¢ per linear foot including downspouts. Unfortunately, repairs and add-on material is not included however provided at a discounted rate. Thank you for allowing Us to address this issue. 308 total combined Linear feet---$24.36 extra ft. Installation of two Miters---$60.00 Total addition cost $84.36 Discount G/C---$94.00 Total cost for job--$178.36 The Gutter Man

Description of Work: Very inexperienced, young employees came to work at my house. Felt like they were trying to sell me something other than what I hired them for and the cost estimates varied so greatly for the same work I began to doubt them altogether. I later found they failed to complete the work paid for.

We appreciate the opportunity to earn the business of Members, however, we're a little perplexed by this review. A total of 500 ft. of gutter and downspouts with fascia boards rotting were evaluated; which means the gutters are not a secure or solid system. They are falling off. Replacement is necessary. Not repairs. We did as much as we could to band aide a situation (when initially we wanted to walk away) and was asked to do whatever possible to get them by. Unfortunately, the system was not maintained and needs to be replaced. The roof inspection revealed serious problems with their exhaust vent pipes. Everything was completed that could be done. Unfortunately, the Member wanted their problems solved with a discount gutter cleaning when they actually needed a new gutter system, extensive wood replacement, and roofing issues addressed. All this was explained. The Gutter Man

Description of Work: They blew pine straw etc off of roof; cleaned out gutters; checked roof for leaks; flushed gutters w/ water hose; cleaned up all debris in yard. Both young men were extremely polite and professional. They also pointed out some problem areas and gave me an estimate for those services. The scheduler worked with me on setting up a time that was convenient for me.
