Description of Work: Couldn't get the work scheduled for a reasonable date. Finally when it was scheduled, they wanted to do double the price fixes on the gutter before they can clean the gutters. I did not get the work done by Gutterman and I got the gutters cleaned with some one else for $25.

Thank you for reviewing TGM. We understand the frustration level for a Member who would just like to get their gutters cleaned..nothing more. However, if the system is not secured properly, TGM will need to repair (re-secure the gutters/downspouts) before the cleaning begins. It just a liability issue as not to cause further damage. Searching through the Angie's List Purchase List, We've found the name reflecting this Member being redeemed on 01/28/2016; however We have never done any work for this Member under the name or the address given. Description of Work: Advertised 250 linear feet of gutter and downspout cleaning for $94.00. I have around 40 ft.of gutter. When they arrived they wanted an extra $50.00 because the gutters are on patio covers. I refused their service.

They have metal roofs, W-Pan shape Aluminum roofs, Glass roofs, etc. if you have a Carport, Patio, or Box gutters attached to a non composition roof, you will incur an additional discounted cost. This is stated in the details of the fine print. Description of Work: Cleaned and repaired the gutters. Most leaks repaired, one continued to leak after they left, they did come back and fix which was appreciated. The quality, price and responsiveness was good. The main problem was with their punctuality. Late to arrive and late in advising that they were running behind.

Thank you for giving us a review. All repair work comes with a One Year Warranty. Rain can cause havoc on the scheduling process. Days after the rain, we are still playing catch-up. Cleaning a systems take longer after the rain and jobs get rescheduled due to time constraints. This is especially true on Coupon Homes, (where we have never been before) and have no idea the scope of work to gauge for a time frame of completion. Many times additional work is added as well that is completed the same day and can delay the next appointment. We appreciate your patience and giving us the opportunity to earn your business. Description of Work: Cleaned gutters. The biggest problem was that they blew debris on our car. They should have warned us or asked us to move it or blown the debris off the car after finished. I also had one gutter that backed up when next storm came through and heads to clean some shingle debris out of it to let it drain.
