Description of Work: I put down dates . i called them they said they could not get to me till 07/29/2016 i said ok i will wait. While i was on vacation the company left me a message saying that they were cancelling all their promotional customers and they would not be able to get to me for 3 months maybe.

We are the [Member Information Removed] Full Service Gutter Company in the area, providing [Member Information Removed] winning service due to our scheduling process and attention to detail. We're the Highest Rated Service Provider [in our field] with Super Service [Member Information Removed]'s year after year. The Gutter Man has persevere through droughts, floods, and many economic recession's. We have grown year after year cross-marketing our services & products when other companies failed. We have been #1 in the Gutter [Member Information Removed]... servicing the [Member Information Removed] and surrounding communities since 1975!!! And We're not going anywhere. However, that being said, we are now 90 days backlogged!!! Mother Nature caused such a scheduling issue due to the storms/heat-wave and of course this being the busiest time of the year...We are suspending the discount cleaning until we can catch-up and asking the Members who can't wait to get a refund. The process through our company is: You're put in Que to get done regardless of Coupon or Regular Pricing (unlike 99% of the other companies who put Full Price Customers as the Priority). We won't rush through a job just to get to the other. We take care of whats in front of Us first! Then move on for the Same Service and Care for the next Regular Customer, New Customer, Member, or Coupon Buyer. Unfortunately due to the flooding (not just rain) and damage to our phone lines/building in the spring, we have developed a serious backlog. We apologize for the inconvenience and want all AL members to understand that this is not a man-power issue of just hiring more employees...Cleaning gutters is time consuming and a dangerous job...plus add the heat-wave....and there is only so much that can be done for health and safety reasons. So Don't wait to clean your gutters just because of a coupon!!! Your home is your greatest investment!!! If we can't get it done in your time-frame...please seek an alternative route... don't wait. However, keep in mind this is not a "Gutter Man issue" and Rain or the Heat-Wave isn't just hitting Us. There are other companies out there that can clean your gutters ( Not as good as Us or give you the great deal & service We offer) but they're dealing with the same thing we are... because " it's all outside work." Description of Work: Because of the rains, the response was quite slow even though we were notified there would be a delay, it seemed a bit extreme at the time (weeks?). We purchased an Angies special for gutter cleaning but there was an additional charge for the job because we had screens to be removed and replaced after the gutters were cleaned. On a roof check, Ryan took pictures of 3 boots that needed replacement. He checked with his supervisor and gave me the cost of $150 for the large one, $125 for each smaller one. The young men seemed very efficient and helpful. We are happy with the work. |

The employees made sure that they had all the proper run off after hanging new gutters on my house. The workers cleaned up all the mess and ensured that everything was okay with me. I feel the company was reasonably priced. The workers were polite, courteous and worked fast to get the project done.

We had a new roof put on our house and we had a problem with the company that installed it. We came to an agreement with the roofing company that they would pay to have new gutters put in to fix their mistake with the fascia. It took about a day to install all the gutters and the service men did a great job and were very professional. The price seemed high to me, but the roofing company paid it as they made the mistake when putting the roof on.
Description of Work: Gutter Man came to install gutters around my house, as a roofing company had not done the fascia properly. The only way to correct this was to install gutters completely around the house.

ESTIMATOR CAME WITHIN TIME FRAME THEY SET UP. WORK WAS SCHEDULED AND DONE A FEW DAYS LATER. NO PROBLEMS. VERY NICE PEOPLE. THEY HAVE A $250 MINIMUM FOR ANY GUTTER WORK WHICH SEEMS FAIR. THEY WERE ABLE TO ADD SCREENS AND REPOSITION SPOUT WITHIN THE $250 COST.

In 90% of our bids, if it's apples to apples, were with-in $50.00 plus or minus of our competitors. There's a lot of ways to cut corners so go over everything. The little things matter. Such as pop rivets verus zip screws. Or size of gutter and downspouts. Support or dripedge flashing. The list goes on & on. Thats why we put everything in writing and give you a spec sheet as well as a reference sheet with 72 homes that were done with in 5 miles of your home, most right there in your subdivision. We've been in business since 1975 thats how we can do that. Family owned.

THE ESTIMATOR SHOWED UP ON TIME. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, HAVING BEEN AN INSTALLER MANY YEARS BEFORE 'RETIRING'. THE INSTALLER CAME DAYS LATER, BUT WAS NOT CLEAR ON EXACTLY WHAT HE WAS TO DO. (THIS FREQUENTLY HAPPENS WITH SERVICE COMPANIES, THE CUSTOMER HAS TO BRIDGE THE COMMUNICATION GAPS BETWEEN ORDER TAKERS AND INSTALLERS.)

THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND MADE SURE TO LET US KNOW ABOUT THE ROTTED WOOD AND EXPLAINED HOW THAT WOULD CAUSE PROBLEMS IF WE DIDN'T FIX IT FIRST. THEY WERE VERY THOROUGH ON THE ESTIMATE AND VERY ORGANIZED AND DID NOT LEAVE ANY MESSES.
