Gutter Man is always professional and polite. They clean up after themselves; they never leave a mess. Highly recommended.

They arrived early and thoroughly reviewed my gutter condition. It was a rare experience to have a service company show up and say, "this looks to be in good condition, you need a cleaning and nothing more." I was impressed with their honesty and the fact that they didn't look to create additional work where there wasn't any. Everyone involved was kind, thorough, and prompt.

The team was not in any rush and I did not feel pressured to have any of the items reviewed corrected immediately. Very professional and everything discussed made sense.

Originally purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for gutter cleaning. I knew we had several sections of gutter where we had developed overflow during heavy rains, so I wanted to start with a cleaning and inspection to get opinions on what repairs needed to be done and how much they would cost. Jeff followed up quickly on the initial contact and came out to look things over to provide an estimate and recommendations for repairs he thought were needed. Jeff was very flexible with his schedule to come out with his crew on a Saturday when I could be there to discuss what I thought we needed and make the agreed repairs. Jeff showed up on time and we walked around the house discussing his recommendations and what I thought we needed, which was less than he recommended. I did not feel like I was being pushed to buy anything I did not think was necessary. We agreed on a plan, by then his crew of 3 had shown up and they went quickly to work on the cleaning and repairs. Throughout the process they kept me informed of problems they uncovered, most of which they were able to fix with minor repairs at no additional cost. They cleaned up as they went and left everything in a clean condition. I was impressed with Jeff's and his crew's commitment to quality service and their professionalism. I would definitely use them again and give them a strong recommendation for their excellent service.

I am very pleased with the professional Gutter Cleaning and Roof inspection services provided by the Gutterman and plan to have the services performed in the future. In addition, I was provided a tier rate estimate (single cleaning rate, twice per year rate, and three times per year rate) for next year.

The crew arrived on time and stayed for about two hours. They blew out the gutters, picked up the debris and washed the system in its entirety. Afterwards, Jeff and I sat down and reviewed the work as performed. Jeff showed me photos of the gutters before and after. He and the crew were very professional. They performed the work without my supervision. In fact, they started the work before I arrived home. All in all it was a great experience and I will use them again.

They were wonderful to work with. They cleaned the gutter, and were not trying to push any additional services. We will use them again.

They came as scheduled in late afternoon. Reviewed what they were going to do after the inspection revealed needed sealing of joints and trimming of trees.We have a two story house so the work was extensive. Work was started and due to darkness they came back to finish at 8:00AM the following day. Upon completion by noon the supervisor reviewed the work with me to assure I was satisfied. They also cleaned up any Debris from the gutter cleaning and tree trimming. I was pleased with the results and attention to detail. They also inspected the roof and took photos.

The Gutter Man came out to our house to clean the gutters. While cleaning the gutters, they went on the roof to inspect for damage and they also looked at all our gutters to be sure they were in proper working condition. We had a gutter that needed repair so The Gutter Man did the work on the spot as opposed to making another call. I was very pleased with the results. I thought the price to clean and repair the gutter was reasonable. I will hire them in the future if needed.

Jeff Lambert came out at the scheduled time and after discussing the problem I was having, gave me a very reasonable estimate. He did not try to sell me on more than I needed, which I appreciated. He explained everything they could do for me. He also showed great care in making sure we had the best color match. In fact, he actually drove back to his warehouse to get more samples for me to see. He went above and beyond in his efforts to help me. It was obvious he cared and wanted to get it right. The installation was scheduled for the next day and everything ran as smoothly as I'd hoped. I got a call 30 minutes before they came just as I'd requested. They did a wonderful job and Jeff came out to check on everything. If I need more gutters in the future, I will definitely call them again.

I was contacted by Jeff Lambert of the Gutterman the day after I emailed about Angie's Big Deal. Jeff arrived at the appointed hour, ahead of his crew by about 15 minutes, and walked me through the process. He explained the procedure and pricing and answered my questions thoroughly and courteously. When his crew arrived (they introduced themselves and were equally courteous), they all set to work. It was completed in less than an hour and I was given a report on the state of my roof. (For a 36 yr old roof, it's not bad!) I wholeheartedly recommend The Gutterman and will definitely use them next year for our gutter cleaning needs. And when it comes time to replace my old gutters, I'll hire them for that too!

Called prior to arrival, arrived on time. Walked the property to size up the job and gave me a price for work in addition to the Angie's coupon price work. Additional work was warranted and performed in a reasonable amount of time and cleanup was exceptional. Good workmanship, price knowledge and product. Will call again.

I found the 'Gutter Man' on Angies List. I called the Co. office on Oct 30, and their rep was at my house that afternoon. He surveyed the work I was asking for, measured every location, drew a detailed sketch for the 3 gutter sections involved, made suggestions for best results, itemized each specific piece of gutter/downspout needed to complete the work, prepared an estimate showing the cost for each piece of material to be used, and explained the estimate and pricing thoroughly including any discounts that applied. He provided a copy of the Co. Cert of Liability insurance, and arranged a date and time for the work to be done, which was rather quick for two days later, Nov 1. Work crew arrived as scheduled, were courteous and went to work. They had all the tools and equipment required to complete the job within several hours. they cleaned up and hauled off all work debris. The finished product looks very nice. I did not comparitive shop for this job, but after dealing with Co. personnel, I was very pleased with their demonstrated professionalism and pride in their work/product. I have no doubt that the 'Gutter Man' will stand behind their work.

Jeff arrived prior to the crew and went over the process and what was included and what wasn't with the coupon. He explained the process and what they would be doing. The crew arrived and immediately got to work. They identified loose gutters and went ahead and fixed those. I have a problem with drainage (as evidenced by the black water marks on my home). Jeff identified the problem and we discussed replacement. Jeff took pictures of my existing gutter and problems and emailed them to me. We decided to go ahead and replace our gutters. When they were replacing the gutter they found a hole in my soffet that the squirrels had apparently used. When they were in the processing of replacing the gutter, they were able to look around and discovered that the beams in the soffet had water damage and should be replaced. They had a carpenter come out the following day and repair this. They took pictures every step of they way and even left the pine needles they had pulled out of the hole for me to look at. After the carpenter had made the repair, they completed installing our new gutters. They cleaned up everything blown out of our gutters and the pine needles from the squirrels. The new gutters match perfectly and we are very happy. Jeff was very personable and knowledgeable and kept me informed.I did not feel that he was a "sales man" but someone who was interested in keeping my home safe from water damage. He educated me and gave me mutlple options at every step of this process. I would HIGHLY recommend this company and do plan on using them for annual maintenance of our gutters.

The crew arrived on time and inspected my gutters. Then they cleaned the agreed upon area. They also made a minor repair to a loose gutter at no charge. They were polite and professional.

I had a great experience with The Gutter Man. They called 30 minutes before arrival, were very courteous, and best of all, they were extremely honest. They actually told me that our gutters were so old and damaged that it might not be worth it to clean them out, since they would then just fill up with water and not drain properly. True, they do simply need to be removed and possibly replaced, but at this point, we are not ready to make that jump, so we decided to go ahead and have the junk cleaned out to minimize mosquitoes, etc., until we have the chance to take them down. The crew of three inspected the gutters, gave me a report on what they found and how they'd proceed, and then they blew out the gutters, cleaned off the roof, did a general inspection of the roof, and cleaned up all the rubbish they'd knocked down. They then left us with lots of information about their company's services, including an estimate of how much it would cost to have new gutters installed. What impressed me the most was the professionalism, honesty, and courtesy of the team. I really appreciated that aspect of the experience. If we decide to have new gutters installed, we'll definitely go with them.

The service was terrific - so much more than I expected, They showed up on time, explained the process, took care of everything quickly and even took photos of the roof where I had a couple of broken/missing shingles and emailed me the photos. There was no hard sell for additional services. The whole process was perfect start to finish and I will be using The Gutter Man on a regular basis in the future.

They were extremely professional. Took the time to point out a few minor problems not associated with their job. Showed up on time and were in and out quickly. When they left my roof looked great and the yard was clean. Will definintely use them again.

Excellent service. Jeff called to say he was on the way and arrived within the stated timeframe. He explained what he would be doing in the way of measuring and inspecting the gutters and roof. Once he had assessed our needs, he carefully reviewed what the service would cost, including the Angie's list discount and amount I had already paid as part of the "Big Deal" service. His crew was then introduced and they completed the work in a timely, efficient and thorough manner.

Jeff Lambert from Gutterman arrived in the rain because that's the time we'd scheduled. His crew waited out what weather reports indicated should pass by quickly, but had to come back another day to do the inspection of the roof and repair of the gutters. Jeff measured the linear footage and showed me a model of a section of roof to demonstrate the braces Gutterman uses instead of re-using the same holes where gutter spikes were originally. Accessing a different part of the facia with wood screws insures a tighter and more secure fit, using silicone to seal old holes and around new nails. I agreed to the incredibly reasonable price of $48.13 for the 55 linear feet of gutter that need to essentially be re-hung, and Jeff promised his crew would be back soon. The following day while I was running errands they returned, completed the roof inspection, cleaned the entire perimeter of gutter and resecured the dangling 55 feet. Jeff left me a message to alert me to their arrival and after they were finished. He accepted a MC over the phone for payment and the rear of my house isn't looking like a heavy monkeys swung about up there! Countless handymen recused themselves from repairing our gutter because of the sauna enclosure beneath, a condition Gutterman didn't even notice! Love these guys!
