The only thing that was a surprise was when he came out, he told me they charged for downspouts, which we didn’t realize; so, the price was a little higher than we thought. Otherwise, they did a great job. They were on time and professional. They also gave me the estimate before they started.

Work was completed with cleanly adn quickly.

I did everything by email with The Gutter Man. He is an A all the way down the board. He is quite good and actually sent me before and after pictures by email. I was quite impressed with what they had done.

Company was hired from gutter cleaning special for $94, but had them repair seals on gutters as well as the corners were leaking badly. They showed up at my house on time as scheduled. They then proceeded to take pictures of everything and emailed them to me so I could see the result of their work without having to get up on a ladder and the roof to check their work. Overall, I was very pleased with their work and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The job was completed quickly and completely checked by a foreman prior to payment. They used high quality materials and the workmen were conscientious. They even made some minor roofing repairs as they were installing the gutters. We've had several large storms since the gutters were installed, and everything worked as it was supposed to.

Within 24 hours of purchasing the services from The Gutter Man, someone contacted us and scheduled an appointment for the next day. The representative showed up during the timeframe that was requested and thoroughly explained the work that was being done as well as the additional work that was needed to drain water properly. Overall the service was good. There was a misunderstanding in the beginning in terms of the Angie's cleaning coupon and what it excluded but it was worked out. The representatives were very responsive with phone calls. We also had a new gutter installed on the back of the home. It appears to be working well at thIs point (although we have not had a heavy rain). They cleaned up all materials when the work was complete. I would recommend the company although they are somewhat pricey but the quality is good. The company representatives setting up the appointments were very cordial and helpful.

I called them and scheduled the appointment. They came out as scheduled and did the job. It was pretty simple to clean the gutters. It was fine and normal. They gave me quotes for follow-ups and treatments. It was a good price. Everything was spot on.

The 2 man crew was on the roof in no time and did the job well. They cleaned the gutters and roof with a blower and water. When through, they blew off the patio, sidewalk and drive. I was emailed photos of during and after the service shortly after leaving. Imagine being able to see what the gutters and roof REALLY look like from on top of the roof!! Impressive. The pictures obviously allow you to see that the gutters really ARE clean, without having to climb up yourself. Jeff discussed their findings and all was well. I would highly recommend The Gutter Man. They are very professional and truly met my expectations. Thank you so much!

They were helpful in arranging a Saturday appointment to meet my scheduling needs and gladly honored my groupon. They arrived promptly, introduced me to all the workers who were very cordial. They cleaned the gutters, bagged the debris and took it with them to dispose of. They took pictures of work they were performing and issues that needed to be addressed and e-mailed them to me before leaving. I was very impressed with their professionalism and work.

He told me all of the procedures upfront, so I knew exactly what they were going to do before they started. He told us the price, so we knew what the prices were going to be and he took pictures of the issues and where the gutter was clogged and where the eaves needed to be re-leveled. We discussed it before they started any work and it was a good deal to see all of the issues and know all of the cost involved. They were fast and they were clean. They took care of all of the debris and hauled it off and did a good job. They didn't replace any materials and just re-leveled it.

The service person told me when he arrived that he would have to measure my gutters & let me know if the service I purchased would be all inclusive or there would be an extra charge. He returned saying that there would be an extra charge because I had wire covers on my gutters. Or he could remove the wire, also for an extra charge. I opted to leave the wire on, but then he said that he couldn't do a good job with the wire on, & it needed to come off. His company sells a better grade of wire, he showed me & gave me an estimate of $600 to put on this wire. I asked why he had given me an estimate originally for cleaning the gutters with the existing wire In place ( only $59 more), & now was saying it couldn't be done at all. He told me that he needed to discuss this with my husband as he couldn't explain it to me , which is a bit ironic since I found his company on ANGIE's list ( also female). He then said that if he bent back the existing wire, they could be sued. I told him that my husband cleaned our gutters in this manner & assured him we wouldn't be suing him. He then said he didn't want to do the work if I left the wire on. I was having a party that weekend & my husband had injured his back so couldn't clean the gutters & I wanted them to look at least decent for my party so asked him to do the best he could. Since he didn't bend the wire back, the job he did was pitiful, plus he blew all the debris into my plants & made a giant mess that we spent all Saturday & Sunday cleaning up. He had thrown in blowing off the roof since he wasn't really cleaning my gutters.

Great experience. Jeff came and gave me an estimate. I didn't feel like he tried to sell me on something I didn't need and he took the time to explain his product. Once confirmed, Jeff worked with my schedule and the installation took place within 24 hours. Jeff and his crew came out and did the install within four hours and it looks great. Even when I expressed my concern about a particular location of the downspout of one of the gutters, Jeff came back out the same day, adjusted the direction of the downspout and even installed a hose to the downspout that would direct the water in another direction. He did this without me even asking. He certainly didn't have to do that but I appreciate the extra effort that he made to insure that I was 100% satisfied with his work. Now I've got a beautiful gutter system. Let it rain.

I was very impressed with their service. They were professional, courteous and efficient in how they handled every aspect of their work from contacting me to confirm the appointment, communicating with me while they were working, and with their cleanup after the job was done. I will not hesitate to seek them out for service in the future.

I was pleased with their service overall. I liked the fact that as soon as I contacted them for the initial consultation they were ready to schedule a visit to my home to estimate the work. I needed my gutters cleaned and an overall check up of my gutters. They showed up on time and scheduled me shortly afterwards. The scheduled day there was a bit of a mixup as the 2-men crew that came out to my place were not told that they were there not only for the repairs but the cleaning as well. But they immediately checked back with their office and assured me they would take care of the cleaning too --which they did. I will certainly use them again.

bought a groupon for this for $75, when they get there they tell you its only for the first 200 ft, then they measure your house and tell you its larger, hard to argue if the guy has a meter, but while I was thinking they would actually clean the gutters out like I would on a ladder, they actually send a few guys up there and they just use a leaf blower to clean the gutters, that may not touch sediment from new roof tiles that clogs them up. also we had a loose gutter but instead of just tapping the nails back in the charges another 100 plus to rehang it. too expensive for me, its back to the ladders when my son comes to visit

It was way more than all the estimates that I got from other companies. He sounded like repairing was not the right way to go so he said it should be for replacement of the whole gutter system. He was very good. The guy knew what he was talking about. He really explained to me what needed to be done. I did not choose him because he is expensive. If it was a hundred to two hundred dollars, it was okay but there was a big difference. They are very professional. I will probably not get an estimate or use him in the future knowing that he is more expensive than anybody else.

They showed up on time, cleaned the gutters quickly, and even remove old gutter covers that were warping the roofing. I asked them to estimate installing new gutters and they gave it to me on site. They emailed photos of the progress and finished product. Overall great experience. I would recommend using the guy as he seemed very passionate about what he does.

Exceeded expectations. Extremely prompt and professional. We quickly received a quote and they were able to schedule the service at a very convenient time, even though it was the next day. The work was done exactly as described, and done well. Perhaps the most positive experience we have had with contractors. Very highly recommended.

We purchased a Living Social deal for gutter cleaning. Upon arrival, they discussed with me what exactly they would be doing, and inspected the house. Then he showed me photos of one of our gutters which was pulling away from the house, discussed the possible implications of fixing/not fixing it, and I agreed it should be repaired. The work was performed quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased with the friendliness and professionalism, as well as the service.
