Excellent. They were very professional. I would definitely recommend them.

On the morning that they originally were supposed to arrive, I waited the whole morning at home. Finally at noon, I called the company to see what was going on. Apparently they had car troubles and weren't able to make it. I was disappointed that they didn't call me to let me know that, but I had to call them to find out. We rescheduled the date. On day of arrival, they did call 30 minutes out and arrived on time. They cleaned our gutters quickly. They cleaned up their mess in the front yard, but completely forgot about the back yard. I didn't realize this until the following day. When I called them to have them send someone back to clean up their mess, I was told that I would receive a phone call back regarding the date of clean up. Two days later I still had not heard from them so I called again and they said it was scheduled for the following day. When they came, I instructed them to go to the backyard. I have no idea what they did back their because when I went to check on it before they left, nothing had changed. I was very disappointed in their service.

THIS WAS AN ESTIMATE FOR THE CLEANING OF MY GUTTERS AND I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS WELL WORTH IT!! I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM FOR ALL OF YOUR GUTTER NEEDS.

They arrived promptly for the initial estimate. It took a little time to get the service appointment scheduled (3-4 phone calls). Once service was scheduled they stayed in communication about changes in the time they would arrive, which worked out just fine. Once they arrived they were quick, but thorough in their work. The cost was what they had quoted and they took the $25 Angie's List coupon.

Great! They were very helpful and professional. They did extra work that we needed (fixed broken piece of gutter that was sagging) for no extra charge, even though it would have normally been around 100 dollars to repair.

Crew arrived on time and cleaned the gutters across the front of the house. I had the coupon for 100 feet of gutter cleaning for $150 and that was just what I needed. I did have to call them to set up a time to come, however, when I had to reschedule they were more than accommodating. Professional and cleaned up the debris afterwards. I have used them to put gutters on two homes now in the Houston area and would highly recommend them. Thanks!!

I am pleased with the work performed. I had the Gutter Man clean my gutters and asked him to replace a section that was not properly draining. He provided me with a quote and did not exceed the cost when the actual work was done. I plan to use them in the future for gutter cleaning.

Jeff was very professional. Called to advise me of costs. Called me when finished. Advised that an area could not be worked on because of Bee investation. Advised me to take care of promptly. He said he would come back at no charge to finish charge once bees were gone. Very pleased

It all went very well! I know I have high expectations of anyone referred by Angie's List. My trust is in fine shape because anyone who has provided services for me have been top notch. I feel safer that the gutters, roof and soon the tree issue will be taken care. of. I recently retired making it even more important that integrity and good results are fulfilled.

Had a situation with a fairly new 3-story townhouse not have gutters, which lead to lots of water runoff near one side of the house in particular. The Gutter Man rep came in to do the estimate and provided great feedback. There were parts of the roof where they could not install gutters due to height constraints, but he devised a plan on how to solve a majority of the problem for a very reasonable cost. The work was completed the following week in less than 2 hours. The work done was excellent, and the workers were courteous and professional. I would hire them back if I ever needed additional work, and highly recommend them to anyone needing gutter work or repairs completed.

They did an incredible job! They cleaned and serviced gutters that were not properly serviced for 13 years. They worked themselves to death in 100 degree heat to get the job done. I will use them in the future. Worth every penny!!

My service with The Gutter Man went well. They took about a couple of hours. They told me what was going to happen and they got on the roof and cleared all the debris off and then went from there. They trash-bagged everything afterwards.

Mike was very professional and very helpful. Walked me through the entire estimate, showing me what work was needed and what I needed to do long term to maintain my current setup and avoid costly repairs in the future. Crew was very efficient. Office staff were good about working with me to schedule the service and notifying me in advance of any changes. Will be using them again in the future to keep gutters clean.

Jeff and Nate showed up on time. The proceeded to perform an inspection of the gutter system and walk me through what they found. I live in an older house that my husband and I bought as a fixer upper so it was no surprise when I was informed that the gutters on the patio were so bad that they couldn't be cleaned. i appreciated Jeff explaining that he could clean them but because they were so old even if they were cleaned the performance wouldn't be significantly better. The gutters on the house were installed last year so there were no issues with the cleaning of those gutters. Jeff also took pictures of the roof and siding while he was on the roof. I knew that we had some issues with the roof and siding so I appreciated seeing exactly what needs to be addressed right away and what can wait. Overall the experience was great. I will be calling this company tomorrow for an estimate on replacing the patio gutter system as well as the siding and roof repairs.

Very responsive to my inquiry and very professional. My house wasn't close to any of their jobs or office, so it was a week after my first call before they could schedule a visit. But the quote came back within a day of the visit. Their estimate however was about 20% higher than others.

It went well. The gutter cleaning was an Angie's List Big Deal. Repairs were extra, but I was very happy with the work and the price. Jeff and Robert came out, took picture of the problem areas, and went to work. They did the work fairly quickly. There was no mess when they finished. I would use them again and plan to call soon to have my gutters cleaned again.

Fine. No problems. I signed up for three times per-year cleaning. More expensive than I expected ($525 for three cleanings)

Their service was fine. When they came I was unexpectedly leaving at that point, I was going to a funeral. So, they wound up doing things while I wasn't here and calling me, and I paid for it over the phone. They did text photos of what they did. To my eye there's nothing different that I can see before or after, they showed me pictures of what it looked like, they showed me pictures of bowls that they took out. I didn't have any problem with that.

The service man arrived and explained every detail of what he was about to do. I never knew how important it was to keep your gutters clean. I had many wasp nests in the downspouts. I always wondered where those wasps were hiding! He also let me know when the job was complete and what he found. Great experience! I will definitely recommend the Gutterman to a friend.

It went perfectly. Gutters are clean and there was no hassle. We do have less than the 150 feet of gutter that the coupon allow for, so there was no extra charge. Highly recommended!

The contractor and his crew arrived on time. He was very thorough and explained all of the services they were going to perform. They went to work right away inspecting the roof and cleaning the gutters. The gutters hadn't been cleaned in a while, but they were able to get them looking like new. There were several areas where there were repairs needed. I had to leave the house to take a cake to my son's school. They offered to take pictures of all of the problem areas and email them to me before working the repairs. I like that they offered to do that. I approved all of the repairs and by the time I returned home, the crew had done all of the repairs and cleaned up so well, you wouldn't have known that they had even been there! I will definitely be calling The Gutter Man the next time I need my gutters cleaned!
