They were very professional, and because I am a member of Angie's List, I received $65.00 dollars in discounts, which I loved! this totally paid for Angie's List and then some! The work was done very well, and they cleaned up everything after they were done. I will definitely call them again, and recommend them to all of my friends!

Excellent service. Punctual--showed up when promised. Great team--professional and polite. Performed required gutter cleaning. Discussed options for fixing front drainage problems, and provided detailed, clear estimate for several options. Ultimately installed new gutters. Great installation job. Cleaned up after themselves. New gutters work as intended--so I'm completely satisfied.

We purchased the gutter cleaning special with Gutter Man. Jeff came out at the scheduled time with a crew who were wearing company shirts and introduced themselves. After assessment, there were trees that needed to be trimmed before work could be done and other prep measures. I agreed to all that needed to be done along with the gutter special. The men were professional, most courteous, very thorough and cleaned up beyond my expectation. I will recommend them to friends.

The results are excellent. The homebuilder that built my home (one of the largest in Houston, who will go unnamed) used undersized guttering products on my roofline which my roof is very high pitched. This caused water to overflow the gutters causing problems with overflow. The GutterMan company explained this to me and said that this is very common for builders to do and they took exacting measurements and used the correct gutter size for the slope/pitch roof that I have. They custom made the guttering and attached it correctly plus did an exact color match. The results are absolutely wonderful.

All I can say is that you better have your angie's coupon available immediately or be ready for a long onslaught of personal attacks. I even showed them the tech support I was trying to get from Angie's list and they accused me of scamming them. Maybe now they might finally believe I have an Angie's list membership? I had a $425 job, so you would think losing a customer over $25 wouldn't be worth it. They did, however, get the gutters cleaned, though I did have to call them back after the job to properly reinstall parts of the gutter helmets

The guys showed up when they said they would show up, they cleaned the gutters and made all the checks, then they talked to my wife about the screens and having the service down at specified intervals in order to keep any problems with drainage and potential issues with roof or flashing boards. No hard sell. The whole experience was great and at a great price for the big deal.

I relinquished my original of the Deal, so don't recall the cost or all of the details. Jeff did a good job for me and was very patient in scheduling after the oak trees had dropped their leaves.

Jeff Lambert's company, The Gutter Man, was recommended after an inspection showed some problems with pipes on the roof allowing water to get in to my attic. I wanted the work done ASAP to keep the rain out and I am also dealing with a medical problem needing surgery. Jeff came immediately to see me and give me an estimate. He was very busy, however, after I told him of my urgency, he scheduled the work for the very next day. His workers called when they were supposed to and though it was hot as hades they came and did the installation and it all looks very nice. Everyone I spoke with, or dealt with, in this company was very cordial and helpful. I highly recommend them.

They cleaned the gutter. (Clean up most of debris) Reattached misaligned gutters and did a quick check on the roof. We bought the package of gutter cleaning and roof inspection. Quote the price for the extra service before work began. We are satisfied.

Good work with pics of damage prior to repair

I was considering replacing my gutters, but since I couldn't figure out which type to purchase I went ahead with a gutter cleaning. A two man team called ahead and arrived in the agreed upon window (a day after I bought the coupon). They measured my system, found a few things that were broken, and cleaned the gutters. They took off all the downspouts and blew them clean as well. There reshaped a crushed extension, and reconfigured a downspout extension for free. There was no sales pitch for a new system even though I need one. Instead they answered my questions about each type of gutter product and explained what the maintenance costs for each could be. They blew and bagged the detritus and hauled it away. After they left I got a ladder and checked the gutters, they were spotless down to the metal.

Work was initially set up through a promotion run through Angie's List and was expanded following discussion about the 'chronic' problem noted above. Service provider arrived on time, performed all work at the agreed upon (albeit amended) cost, and thoroughly cleaned up the site when finished. I was very satisfied with the work performed and plan to use the Gutter Man again. Can recommend them without hesitation.

The Gutter Man sales rep. was responsive, on time, professional and personable. He definitely understand what excellent customer service is all about. The Gutter Man installers/ workers were very professional and did an excellent job. Very efficient and did quality work. VERY Pleased with their workers and workmanship and sales rep.info. and would use them again.

It was as good as me taking a hundred dollar bill and burning it! They told me that they would be here sometime on the appointment date, I stayed home all day and finally at eight in the night, they came by. He went up on the roof and told me all other things that were wrong like I had some gutter covers that had to be taken off. They couldn’t get access to the lot next door to trim back the trees. They wanted extra money to trim those back and wanted extra money to take everything off the trees. At that time, I was so tired, I hadn’t eaten lunch or dinner and didn’t want to talk with them and we haven’t talked since. I would have ended up paying more but he wanted permission from my next-door neighbor to get on their property in order to trim trees. I was never able to get that permission from the next-door neighbor. He wouldn’t clean out the gutters until after the trees were trimmed. It was a bad experience all the way around.

The gutter maintenance and roof inspection was performed professionally and the Gutterman Team was courteous.

The representative arrived on time, estimated the cost and two workmen completed the job within 1-1/2 hours. The gutters on my house were very full of debri from crape myrtles and oak leaves . They did a very professional and thorough job. I was extremely impressed and recommend this company to everyone! It is difficult to find such a professional service at such a reasonable price.

Half the cost was for normal cleaning. Our home is two-story with 10' ceilings on first story, so just getting to the eaves of the roof means you are over 20' off the ground. Not something I could manage. They are prompt and quickly reattached the downspout and removed the limb. They even took photos of the roof where the limb had rubbed and emailed them to me. Highly recommended.

Supplier was very punctual and arrived on the promised time.
