They were very professional and I would highly recommend them.

Jeff Lambert, who is a member of the family that owns the company, came out to check out my house, which has a big tile roof that is prone to damage when it is cleaned. Jeff has a had a lot of experience carefully cleaning tile roofs, and even puts on special shoes for better grip and weight distribution. The result is that my roof is the cleanest it has ever been, with no damage to any tiles. He and his crew were here most of the day because of the size of the job, which explains the price. Tile roofs all need special care when cleaned, so if you have one, Jeff and his crew from the Gutterman are your guys.

They were very professional, very prompt and courteous. The office kept me posted on when to expect them as they needed to reschedule. They did not try to sell me anything. The addition to my gutters was my idea. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future.

I requested he give me my Big Deal receipt back but he refused to give it to me. We began to argue back and fourth. He then said that the deal had been redeemed. He never gave me my receipt back for the deal.

Work was scheduled at my convenience; they were on time; clear and thorough explanation of work was provided; work was performed in the estimated amount of time; reasonable recommendations were given. Workers were not loud and the clean up was complete. I will use this company for annual service. Very satisfactory.

Gutter cleaning coupon of $90 is very well worth it as he helped me to identify a few areas that explained my concern plus they cleaned gutter. I'm not that worried about cleaning but the explaination is worth $90. Jeff the owner is very responsive and professional. We did follow the recomendation to do some fixes which cost $275. We honestly have no way to tell if the price is high or low, just buy a piece of mind as life is so busy.

We took advantage of one of Angie's List "deals" to have our gutters cleaned at the home we just moved into. We selected the Gutter Man based on the reviews that we read, our familiarity with the company, and the knowledge that the company is family-owned. It was simple to make an appointment for the services. On the day of the appointment, the team arrived on-time and consisted of a superintendent and two men who performed the work. The superintendent met with me several times throughout the process. First, he outlined the steps of their planned work and clearly explained everything that they would be doing. Part-way through the process, he provided me with an update, and some recommendations for minor repairs. Together we determined what was key, and would provide the best value. At the end of the process, he reviewed all of their findings, and walked me around the house to show me what they had accomplished. He also provided recommendations for ongoing, normal maintenance of the gutter system. We are very pleased with the results and the value we received for the price of the services. We will definitely use the Gutter Man again in the future!

I used an Angie's list coupon. I called and made an appointment. Their truck broke down on the day of my appointment so they called and rescheduled. They called and let me know they were on the way. Did a great job. very professional and polite.Great job.

very professional crew..had all the right equipment and knew where to get started...took photos of damage to gutters that needed to be repaired..emailed photos of all items that needed to be fixed .....these are things you cannot possibly see from the ground ....fixed everything and cleaned up after finished.....could not be happier....will certainly use these folks again.....had a supervisor with them the entire time (Jeff) who explained everything in detail...arrived on time and completed work in about 2 1/2 hours......

I called to schedule an appointment for the coupon I bought. They said they did work for me about a year ago and that I was not eligible to use the coupon. That was fine with me, I didn't notice that on the fine print. They said that they called a few months after they did the first cleaning and that I told them I wasn't ready for another cleaning, the way she told me this, it seemed like she was annoyed that I didn't get more work done and even more annoyed that I would call with another coupon. I honestly didn't remember that this was the company we used in the past and it wasn't a big deal to me that I couldn't use the coupon. But her attitude turned me off to their company and I didn't even bother asking for them to come out and clean again because I felt like she was really rude to me.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was okay. I barely saw him, because he came and I left.

The Gutter Man a top of the line service; I would defiantly use them again for purchasing a new home (first inspection and/or cleaning), or for another major cleaning. They are very much on the pricy side for routine work. We have a typical two story house with a couple of overhanging trees. The $99 service I purchased, cost an extra $63 once they measured the liner footage of the gutters AND downspouts. The crew of three showed up on time; this included the supervisor who did the inspection and stayed for the work. They used set-off extension ladders, blowers, and special boots that grip but don?t damage the roof. The inspection was very thorough, no high-pressure sales but they did recommend several additional services, and the cleanup was exceptional.

The bottom line. Even without the great (base) price on Angies list, I still would have been 100% pleased. Gutterman is now a service provider at my home along with my pest control service, pool service, and lawn service. Win-win-win. Again, Jeff and crew provided nothing less then....accomplished and proficient service. Bravo!!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It turned out great. They were professional. They cleaned everything up and everything was spotless when they left. They did a great job. This was my first time using them. I chose them based on their reviews on Angie’s List. I didn’t have any issues with the gutters since they have done the cleaning.

Two representatives from Gutter Man showed up. Both were very professional and did a thorough job of inspecting and cleaning the gutters or our two story house. The deal paid for the entire service and they didn't try to sell another service or say that the coupon would not cover the cost of the cleaning. The representatives suggested some work that could be done to make the gutters drain more efficiently and prevent clogs in the future. They suggested the removal of a front gutter that had no purpose and said it would only cause problems. They didn't push any other services but did suggest that they could complete the services and gave cost estimates.

VERY thorough, and very knowledgeable.

It went very well. The Company contacted us within hours of our request for an estimate and added us to their schedule for the next week. They were not able to perform the service on the original date, but called promptly about re-scheduling. The re-schedule was also best for us so that worked out fine. On the day of service, we had a missed call on when they would arrive, but Jeff Lambert was patient and had completed the estimate in the interim. The written estimate and verbal communication of the job/process and the inspection report were very clear. The two gentlemen with Jeff were just as professional as Jeff. The job was completed within the quoted time frame and we agreed to a second gutter cleaning in the next 4-5 months. The gutters had not been cleaned in quite a long time and when it rained the next day, it was obvious that they were now functioning as they should.

It turned out fine. They showed up on time, got the gutters done and concluded the deal. It cost more than the big deal, because I had him put that screen up and I had more footage than what the big deal covered. I understood that and it was fine. It turned out good. The cleaning was two or $300 and then I spent another $300 having the mesh put on to keep them from getting plugged up again. I would use them again.

He did a good job. There were no problems. My husband said that they were very professional, very courteous, and got the job done in a timely manner. They cleaned up after themselves. They did leave a mess with all the pine needles and debris from the gutters. They cleaned it all up. We plan to call them once or twice a year to have them come clean out the gutters.
