Cleaned gutters, checked roof, removed wasp nest, repaired gutter, inspected, washed out down spouts.

They also repaired one of the downspouts that was loose. They checked over the gutters and left some suggestions for repairs that need to be made. They were prompt and completed the cleaning quickly.

These guys were great. Every contact (phone and in person) was handled in a professional manner. They were on-time, clearly explained the service and what was covered under the deal I purchased. They noticed a couple of branches that were very close to my roof and offered to trim, bundle, and place curbside for a reasonable fee. I used this service as well. I definitely recommend this company and will use them again.

I agreed to have them fix that and a spot in the back of the house for another $100, which I felt was more than fair, it took them a good hour extra. Very satisfied.

A crew of two guys and leader came to my house. The leader looked at what needed to be done, told us and then let the crew do the cleaning. They worked fast and even took pains to get one side of the house cleaned that was very full of leaves from the neighbors trees. They did leave a little film on some windows from the overspray, but well worth the trade off of not having to get on a ladder and do it ourselves.

Purchased this service through one of the big deal promotions. Setting up the appointment with their office was very easy. Gutters were inspected and cleaned. They also provided feed back on several small problems along with options to correct now or at a later date. I highly recommend this company and would use them again!!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fantastic. I spent more than the deal but I asked for additional services that were not included in the deal. There were 250 linear feet included in the deal and I had additional linear footage of gutters and downspouts. I referred them to my parents. The price was appropriate and the quality was excellent. They arrived exactly when they said they would.

It ended up costing more than I thought, but they did a good job. They charge for cleaning by the foot and the special rate was much less than my home. I also had plastic coverings on the gutters and they charged to remove them. Return cleaning is about $200.00, but I just might have them out again.

I originally purchased this Big Deal opportunity and was quickly contacted by The Gutter Man office to schedule an appointment. Later I found, I would not need the service so I contacted Angie's List and The Gutter Man to inform both that I would not need service, and requested a refund. Both have been very cooperative and helpful through both the purchase/scheduling and the request for a refund.

They cleaned our gutters and inspected our roof, so very helpful, we did not need anything extra and were not trying to sell us anything. Date was an approximate and they came on the date I requested.

They showed up as arranged and provided professional gutter cleaning and inspection. We were given a thorough inspection report with recommendations for improving our gutter drainage and a quote for maintenance of our gutters.

I purchased the Big Deal to have my gutters cleaned. I received an email request to set up the appointment by phone. I prefer to do things in writing via email, but the scheduler was courteous and set an appointment up for me. I called to confirm the day before the scheduled appointment and received an approximate time. I provided my preferred phone number and was told that the technicians would call when they were on their way. I was initially disappointed that they did not call and surprised when they arrived, but found when I returned to work that they had called in advance to my work number rather than my cell. The supervisor came to the door, introduced himself and his team, and explained the process. The guys did an inspection first, and then came and talked to me about it. The Big Deal was $95 for 250 linear feet, with a special price/foot for any additional length required. I was charged approximately $10 extra for the full length of gutters on my home. In addition, there was a $25 charge per gutter for those with loose or missing tie downs. It was explained that high water pressure is used to clean the gutters and they are therefore required to be tied down before the work can be performed. It seemed a little costly, and was required or I would lose the money I had spent on the deal, so I paid it. The guys were quick but thorough and took many photographs documenting their findings. They recommended several additional repairs and indicated that my gutters were undersized for the roof. They provided a written estimate to replace all of the gutters. I refused the additional work at the time but would consider having them do it. It seemed somewhat costly, especially if I hadn't had the Big Deal, but in the context of other maintenance (professional yard upkeep, housecleaning, etc.), I suppose it is in the same ballpark, given that they recommend it be done at least 2x/year. Overall, I was satisfied.

Very professional. Note that if you pay for their services under a "buy it now" arrangement, there is a lot of fine print, such as excluding covered gutters.

Prompt, efficient, courteous, organized, well trained and knew what they were doing. And the entire crew ALL spoke English as a first language!! Will definitely have them back and am going to have them do some repair work on my sprinkler system.

The service I received from The Gutter Man was outstanding. All Employees from the nice lady who answers the telephone to the employees who perform the work were courteous and professional. Each employee wore a company shirt and I was introduced to all employees. I was given a detailed explanation of the service and the part that was not covered in the discount service. After the service, I was informed of some damage to the roof and given a picture to send to my insurance agent. I could not ask for better service and highly recommend The Gutter Man to anyone looking for gutter cleaning.

Did a good job. Bought an offer off Angie's List which was for new customers. Upon arriving at the house, informed me that that they used to do the gutters for the house prior to us buying it so technically not a new customer per se. However, was not issue from The Gutter Man's side - he honored the coupon and they did a good job. Would recommend and use them again.

Good...they didn't show up on the day of the scheduled install due to phone number error and then when I called to get an ETA, they were coming after lunch and then called me late to reschedule. Did a good job, but I could have gotten a better price if I had paid for a gutter clean and repair. Not just cleaning.
