Excellent service, showed up on time and performed the service quickly. Also had solutions to help improve the functionality of the gutters.

They came for big deal. They need to specify ahead of time that they will not clean around dish wires. Their insurance policy won?t allow them to clean around the dish. It was very inconvenient, since this needed to be done ASAP. I will not use again. In the response from Gutter Man on March 20, 2014 where he states that I "offered to pay the Lead man cash on the side & cut the company out completely to take care of it" is a total lie and I resent the fact they put that in their comment. Totally unprofessional.

They showed up on time and performed the work agreed upon. Cleaned-up as requested. Cannot ask for more.

I dreaded calling to have the gutters cleaned and was prepared for a sales pitch to replace them. They arrived promptly, were extremely professional, got the job done, cleaned up the premises and made my concerns go away. I expected the worst and got the best! In fact, my mosquito population was cut in half by having the gutters properly cleaned. I have had them come out twice now and will continue to use this company and highly recommend them.

They were on time, explained everything they were going to do, what they found, recommendations. Very polite and engaging. They did leave a bit of a mess from blowing off the roof, but not too much, I think it was just overlooked.

1st appointment was scheduled from 8-12 in the morning. The appointment was canceled at 11:45 due to weather, which they knew about well before then. They rescheduled for today from 12-4. We called at 3:45 and they called back and said it would be another 40 minutes. The worker walked the property and made estimates for future work, beyond the contracted amount. When asked if being late for appointments was standard practice, he lost his temper and said that his mommy and daddy own the company and he doesn't have to do this. He told us to file for a refund with Angie's List and left. We called the office and were lectured repeatedly about the appointment times being approximate. She repeatedly talked over me, did not let me make my points and finally hung up in my ear. This is not a good way to treat customers.

They showed up and explained all of the work and then performed it a quickly. They bagged up everything from the gutter and left it looking good.

We weren't very excited, since 2 days later, we found some dirt like sand in our gutters. The guys didn't come to tell us that they had finished their work. They just left the paper work and left. I am the kind of person that likes the service to be complete. The price of the service was good. The lady we kept in touch with about appointments was very nice, helpful, and answered questions. The guy who did the job was not so nice. I don't think we will use them again. We had the intent of getting some other stuff fixed by them, and we had talked to them about it, but they just left, and so all our questions were left unanswered. We will look for somebody else.

Went quickly and easily. House only built 1 year ago so little debris, but wanted to maintain gutters. Pleasant guys. Did not do a good job of explaining future pricing. (This was an Angie deal.) Want to charge $330.00 next time (seems WAY too high) with decreasing amounts the longer you maintain annual cleaning. Not sure I'll stick with them due to the price.

The price ended up being more than stipulated in the Big Deal, but everything turned out well in the end. They were easy to contact, they did good work, and they cleaned up after themselves which I appreciated.

They came when they stated - but I had to reach out to them to schedule the time opposed to them calling me. Once they were here they seemed efficient - but they stomped on multiple plants - completely destroying them and didn't clean up after themselves. I had to call the company Nd have them send the crew back to clean. I showed them the plants and all they did was give me a verbal, half hearted apology. I had to spend an additional $100 replacing those plants and still had to clean debris on my own. Can't say I would use them again.

Work not performed as they want to charge $0.42 for every foot over 250 feet. They include the linear feet of the downspouts when calculating how much guttering they cleaned.

Purchased the Gutter cleaning deal for $99 and paid extra since we had gutter screens and for fixing some of the supports. He explained what he was going to do, and recommended some future services for consideration but did not try to up sell too much. Very professional and quality work. Quite satisfied except for them being 90 mins late. Update: When I say the crew was 90-minute late, it was based on a very specific window of time that I was give the day before. Anita from thier office had called me to say that i would be the first job for the day, and so expect them to arrive from "9-9:30 depending on traffic". When I called at around 10:15 that's when she said that they were on the way. Again, I was satisfied with the service, but wanted to clarify my comment on being late.

I have a two story house. I thought they were going to try to charge me more for cleaning my gutters, but they didn't. I would recommend this company because they are honest.

Went well. Did what was expected. Gutters look good.

That turned out well and they did a great job. They did exactly what they promised. We would use them again and we were very happy with them.

The workmen were very polite and did a quick and complete job.

The owner?s son Jeff came on his own because one of their employees was in a car accident. He said he didn't want to cancel our job even though it would normally take two workers to do it. He was up on the roof for a least a couple of hours and removed a huge amount of shingle gravel from our gutters, and a tennis ball that was clogging one of the downspouts. He also noticed that one of our gutters was loose and re-secured it. He gave me an estimate for some optional repairs / upgrades but never tried a hard sell. I would highly recommend this company and plan on using them on a yearly basis for gutter cleaning and repairs when needed.

Went well. Had no issue with the upsell tactics given the price of the coupon -- just be clear about the work you want done.

The service turned out good. I had various attributes of my gutter that were outside of the normal cost, and so I paid additional. They showed up on time, did the work in a timely fashion, and were professional. I would use them again.

They were too busy to perform our big deal and said they had to handle their customers before Angie's List customers.

They were punctual. They stated that they could only clean the first story gutters for the price. I mentioned that I had purchased the Big Deal on Angies List and went inside to call "The Gutter Man" to ask him why would I pay to have only the bottom level gutters cleaned when I could reach them with a step ladder. I bought the service only so I would not have to get out the two story ladder. When I returned outside they then said "that the deal I bought "did include ALL the gutters. The did a thorough job and were effecient as they said it would take about 75 minutes and it did.

The two guys who showed up wanted to do incomplete job and leave and came after just about an hour to say they are about done.( I have a large two story house with gutters at both levels.) He did not want to get on the roof and just used ladders. After I pointed out large amounts of debris(pine needles ,leaves etc.clearly visible still remaining in gutters he reluctantly got on the roof.) Not very professional and may even be subcontractors). Definately would not use again.

The service went very well. They were very nice and punctual. Scheduling of the service was very easy and they did a nice job.
