The could not service my four story home.

On time. Good price. Professional service. Would hire again.

Overall, I thought the team of three sent to my home did an exceptional job (Aaron, Jonathan, and Hayward?). They were careful, thorough, knowledgeable, and courteous; they also cleaned up completely before they left. The work to be done was discussed with me both before and after it was performed - this included a good description of some minor repair work that was needed by a roofer. I did think that the cost for gutter repairs was a bit high ($200 for repairs - two sections of gutter, each having two seams needing repair at $50 per seam); the repairs did appear to be very high quality. This higher than expected cost was more than made up for by the value of the Angie's List gutter cleaning coupon. I would not hesitate to use The Gutter Man again!

Pretty well. Initial contact was easy.

They were very nice and explained everything and checked in with me three times during the process - they were in and out within about 30 minutes.

They cleared out the gutters using blowers and inspected the roof. The found the roof pipe covers were worn and would result in leaking in the attic during rain. They put new covers on.

They scheduled me for a weekday (I took a day off) and they did not make it to the house that day. They rescheduled the following Saturday and completed the work. Very knowledgable and informative about the type of gutter sytstems available. We had questions about which type of guter system was the best and spent a good amount of time talking with us about the options. No pressure to buy up or even make the repairs they pointed out. A good grop I would use again and recommend.

It went out well and I was very pleased with the job overall. I was not very happy because they said they removed all the debris but they didn't. It works well but the inconvenient part is the debris left on the third corner. The interaction was very easy. They wanted me to spend more service for what I don't need. I thought it was reasonable. I contacted them in a day and they were out on just a few days. They responded very promptly and they're out by 5 days.

But when I checked the roof from the attic later , I did not see any sign of damage to the roof or any sign of leak. I was not happy about this incident.

I am furious. I ordered a gutter cleaning from one of your vendors -- the Gutter Man. I called to schedule an appointment and the young lady who took my order said they would be out promptly. I told the order taker that I had a one story house with 6" gutters but I had a metal roof. She told me that me that would not be a problem and that 6" gutters on large and easy to clean especially on a single story. This vendor sent a worker to my house and he immediately told my wife that the he would need an additional $100 to complete the job because of the metal roof. The worker agreed it was an easy job (single story with 6" gutters and not many leafs in the gutter) but wanted the extra $100. The worker told me to call the owner which I did and he told me too bad and to call Angie's list for a refund. The worker left my house without doing the work. I would like a refund ASAP and this is a bait and switch vendor!!

They did a great job cleaning out the gutters and cleaning up when they were done. They communicated well, sending the pictures they took and regularly updating me on the progress. We would definitely use them again!

It went great, with the exception of finding out that my roofers did shotty work five years ago. It ended up costing me additional money.

Did not do all work as promised I complained and was berated by the owner when he called me. Would never hire again.

The folks at The Gutter Man were really great and very thorough. The only reason they did not get a "perfect" rating from us is because I've asked several times to see the photos they took when they came to inspect / clean our gutters and I still haven't received them. I suspect we could use some other work done and would have liked to see those photos to confirm. For that reason, I gave them a low responsiveness score. As for the work, they were certainly on time, did a great job on the removal of old gutters and installation of new ones, were consistent with keeping us informed about deposits, work schedules, raw materials ordering and receipt and did a great job with clean up after the work was done to our satisfaction. They also communicated their needs before the job started very effectively so we were not scrambling at the last minute to provide things for them and so their employees would have a safe working environment and could get the job done in a timely manner saving both us and them unneeded stress. I would absolutely use The Gutter Man again and recommend them to our friends / neighbors. In fact, we did recommend them to our immediate next door neighbor and they, too were very pleased with the work. Again, my only disappointment and frustration is not receiving the photos they took on our roof in spite of several requests. If that had been followed up on as originally stated, it would have been an absolutely perfect experience.

The service went very well. Originally scheduled to come out and clean the gutter but asked them to do an assesment of the condition and give me an estimate to install leaf gaurds. Ended up having 3 leaks they repaired and correcting the slope for poper drainage. They were very diligent of calling me to explain any problems found and giving me the price to complete any work. They did not leave any debris from the cleaning (all flower beds were clean). Very satisfied.

Basically excellent. We set an appointment date (they had availability on the best day for me about a week in advance), called the day before to confirm the time, called 20 minutes before arrival, and showed up at the appointed time. A crew of three (all employees) showed up, very polite, no better than very polite, extremely polite (all three were polite), they got on the with the job including cleaning up after themselves.

Great job. Bought a gutter cleaning special and there were no additional charges.

It was easy to schedule with them. We had to reschedule a few times because of the weather. They were very courteous and professional. They got the job done in about 30 minutes. They also recommended some other services for me such as an annual plan. They sent 2 people out to do the job.

They informed me that since they honored a previous big deal for me they would not do it again. Getting refund through Angie's list.

I don't think the couple that I bought the house from had had the gutters cleaned in years. When they came out last April it took them close to an hour and the amount of debris they got filled up a garbage bag. This time around they were done in 20 min. The gutters are covered. But I guess the older couple I bought from felt that covered gutters needed no maintenance which is not the case. So it required more work the first time they were out here last year with the Angie's List deal. This time they were done fairly quickly. I don't know that I would use them again next year, maybe every two years or something like that. First time around when I got the deal in April 2013, a crew of two guys and a manager came out. He was quite knowledgeable. He entertained questions I had, even beyond the scope of the work that I had contracted them for. This time around it was just a couple of guys doing the cleaning and it wasn't nearly as informative as it was the last time.

Purchased a coupon from Angies list. Scheduled over phone. The gutter man showed up when expected. Seemed quite knowledgeable about gutters. Performed the roof inspection, cleaned gutters and answered my questions well. There were additional charges due to gutter length beyond the stipulated maximums in the coupon (they count the length of all the downspouts etc.) for which I paid. It was a smooth transaction and everything went according to my expectations. They called to make sure everything went well. Appears to be a well run and efficient operation.

GREAT! I purchased an Angie's List deal late one afternoon and was contacted that evening to schedule the appointment. Very courteous and professional. As promised, the Crew leader called when they were en route to my home and then called again before they did any work. He walked me through the total footage, including downspouts, and the extra charge for disconnecting/reconnecting the downspouts into a drainage system. Since I wasn't home when the work was performed, I asked for some before and after pictures while they were on the roof and they came right through. The paperwork was thorough and they even offered to do the service on a repeat basis (1x, 2x or 3x per year) at gradually discounted rates which offer overall significant savings, even beyond the current Angie's List deal. When I called to confirm this info, it was explained that they're trying to grow their pool of repeat/loyal customers and I learned that they'll be calling me later in the year to see if/when I want them to come back out. I appreciate this initiative and the incentive pricing. The ONLY reason I marked a B on professionalism is that I found quite a bit of debris that had been blown from the roof and was around the perimeter of the home (inside an alcove area where there is a fountain) that had not been removed after the roof/gutters had been cleared. I'm sure there was quite a bit of debris that was removed and overall it was VERY CLEAN, with the exception of this one area. I cleaned the two areas of the fountain and picked up the remaining debris, so not really a big deal in the grand scheme of things. I appreciate how quick and courteous all my dealings with The Gutter Man were and will DEFINITELY recommend them to neighbors (already have) and friends as well as use them again in the future. Irecommend this service provider. They were time and professional. They found some minor problems with roof and made the appropriate repairs.

iThe crew arrived a little earlier than expected and the time they arrived they started measuring the linear footage. they quotes us the difference (since the big deal only covered up to 250 linear feet). They cleaned the gutters but did not do a really good job blowing the dirts from the floor.

The service turned out great. They did a really good job and they were able to work with my schedule and do the service on the day that I needed. They were very thorough and I liked that the scheduling was flexible.
