The Gutter Man

Went well. No problems.

It took us a while to realize it, but about half of the front of the house's gutters were not cleaned. We also noticed that squirrels had broken off part of the roof near where the uncleaned area which seemed suspicious. But again, it took us a while to notice since we very rarely look up at the second floor roof at the front of the house Since they missed about 1/4 of the gutters we won't be using them again. The work that they did do was fine.

Well, I was not home but let me say that my husband is a VERY detailed Mr. Customer service extreme and he was pleased. I think that should sum it up! :)

They were able to do the services while I was at work and they called me to explain to me what was going on during the process. They even sent me pictures via text messaging to show me what they did. The entire process was super simple and VERY well done. I highly recommend them!!!

A team of three young men quickly cleaned the debris from our 2-story front gutters. They also raked up any leaves that fell in our beds and yard. Also opted to have them install screens to this same section of gutter. This should decrease future leaf accumulation in the gutters from our live oak trees overhead. Were courteous, respectful, and worked quickly and efficiently.

A mid-morning appointment time was moved back and back until they finally showed up at 6 PM, only to tell me they cannot provide the service because its a duplex- information I had provided to them in my initial phone call before buying the online coupon with you. Very disappointing. Update: The response provided by Gutterman is factually incorrect. They called me the day of their appointment to move the appointment back several times, and were informed at the time that the appointment was made that the home is a duplex.

It went fine. They came out and measured and gave them a down payment for the material. They came out 3 weeks later and put the gutters up.

It was a good price. They sent 2 people out to do the job. They basically took an electric leaf blower and blew out the gutters. I was satisfied with the service. They showed up when they were supposed to and were very professional. They did what they were supposed to do and they got the job done quickly. I recommended to others.

They told me how they would do the cleaning before I left. I did have to leave when they had not quite finished with the gutter cleaning and downspouts on a 2 story home. Scheduling was easy. They told me when they could come and when they couldn’t; I did the same and we agreed on a date. He told me he would leave something in my mailbox with what they had done, but he didn’t. I then called the company and asked why I didn’t receive that and they acted like they did not know what I was talking about. I was pleased with that quality of the work that they did, because have a lot of trees around my home.

They were great. They got the job done all in one day. They did a good job with the cleanup. The scheduling was very easy and we got in right away.

On time, good customer service and worked performed professionally.

It went well, although a bit on the expensive side in my opinion. Work was performed to satisfaction.

My experience turned out very well. They did a thorough job. They were prompt and very good with their communication skills. They took before and after pictures for me to see their work.

It was a Big Deal purchase. They were very professional and they were very good to deal with. My only complaint is the price. I looked up on some other providers that were cheaper so the next time around, I'm probably going to find somebody cheaper.

There were no troubles with scheduling or additional costs beyond the price of the deal. They also completed an inspection of my roof and provided me with an estimate on work needed. They were nice, efficient, and quick. They did a good job. I would consider using them again if they offered another deal.

The service went really well. They were very responsive and easy to schedule. They did exactly what the deal stated. I was not home while they did the service but I was pleased with outcome with the service. I even asked them back to put on new gutters. They put on larger gutter so the water from the downspout would not hit the patio anymore. They matched the paint color correctly. This took away from a lot of work I had to do to maintain the patio. They also pointed out soft spots on the roof that I should have looked at. The technicians did a great job and were good with the cleanup afterwards.

They came out and looked at my Fiance's Gutters, Told me that they could not clean the gutters due to them being in bad condition. They suggested that the gutters needed to be replaced. We received an estimate to repair the gutters before cleaning. My fiance decided to just get new gutters installed and repair the fascia board. We will definitely use this company to maintain the newly installed gutters . Very professional company. 75.00 refunded.

They did a pretty good job with the work that they completed. However, they charged me an additional $75. I didn’t even have much square footage of gutters to exceed the amount offered in the deal. I think that they should note in the fine print that there could be additional costs for blowing and sweeping off the roof. They completed the job on my roof, but they did not do the work on my deck. Our deck had a plastic roof on it and they said they would clean the small amount of pine needles left, but they did clean the roof above the porch. In general, they didn’t clean up well after completing the job.

They were on time and did a good job. Only complaint is the 250 ft isn't much. So groupon was a bit misleading. Also they did not seem to inspect the roof, which they said they would do. I would likely use them again but I will pay more attention.

They used a blower to get everything out of the gutters. They sent 2 people out to do the job. They also called me when they were on their way over. They got the job done in about one hour.

Awesome! Very responsive, professional, courteous. Went above and beyond by noticing we had some siding on our garage that had come loose and they fixed it for us. No extra charge, absolutely wonderful. The gutters were very well installed, no garbage left in the yard, it was as if the gutters magically appeared.
