It was fine. They did a good job. We had some problems with all the rain that we were having at that time and our schedules didn't work out so it was probably over a month later. They did a good job on it.

They did a good job very efficiently. Quite professional. What I didn't like was their advertisement on linear feet of guttering being paid. They didn't mention down spouts as being included in guttering. It wasn't a bait and switch, it was just if you had to do the whole thing, that's when the price started going up. Honest, efficient, thorough.

It went HORRIBLY. I went through Groupon, paid $79 for a gutter cleaning in mid June 2016. Shortly after the purchase, I called to schedule, and they said that their first opening wasn't until early August. They said they would call the day before the scheduled cleaning, which was on or about August 5th. I got no phone call, they made not contact whatsoever. I called them a day or two after they never showed up, and was told they were not going to honor the Groupon and were no longer scheduling gutter cleanings for the Groupon purchasers. They told me to contact Groupon and get my money back. I did contact Groupon, but they said that the Groupon is good through December, so I can't get my money back. I called Gutter Man again, they were very non-committal, but they did call me back about a week later and said they could schedule me a cleaning for November 2. Then about on Oct. 11, they called and said they had a cleaning crew in my neighborhood, and could fit me in. I met the 2-man cleaning crew at my house, but they said that they absolutely would not give me the gutter cleaning that I had already paid for UNLESS I paid them an additional $125 for a "roof sweep". When I pointed out that the wording of the Groupon-coupon I had included a "roof sweep" in the areas of the gutters, they basically said "we don't care what the Groupon says, we ain't going to clean your gutters unless you pay us $125 for a roof sweep". I told them to please leave. SO - I paid $79 for a gutter cleaning that Gutter Man refused to perform. Overall, this was a very bad experience. Based upon my interaction with Gutter Man and their crew, I would never, every recommend them to anyone.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! They did not honor their contract to clean our gutters at an agreed price. The salesman was one of the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. Rude, abusive and arrogant. He said they don't care if they loose a thousand customers.

Terrible response on scheduling. Insists on sending someone to estimate work, although a repeat customer. Then, estimator tries to add charges. More interested in new customers, than servicing existing customers.

They never did the work. I paid for a special Angie's LIst gutter-cleaning back in May; due to continuing bad weather and either their need or my need to reschedule, we were into July before I attempted to get it rescheduled. I couldn't really get a satisfactory response, and finally the company called and said they just couldn't get to me, that I would need to contact Angie's List to get a refund. What I didn't know was that the AL 30-day refund on special deals had long since passed, so I was stuck with the $79 and gutters still not cleaned. I finally had time to contact Angie's List today, and was told my only option is for them to either find me a new provider or a new deal. The Gutter Man should have offered to either get the work done when they could, or else they should have reimbursed me.

I purchased a "Big Deal" coupon in June and called to schedule an appointment. They were quite backlogged and scheduled me for August. I took a day off work but Gutter Man was a no-show. I called to reschedule and was told they are not scheduling Angie's List coupon customers at this time and that they are now booked out until October. Gutter Man recommended I call Angie's List and ask for a refund on the coupon which is the option I am currently pursuing.

Not well. They started to clean the gutters and they were throwing the leaves into the flower beds. I immediately stopped them. Their remark was that usually the yard men cleaned the beds after they finished. Meaning my yard men. A supervisor called me and assured me that I was wrong and that they would not have done that. He later called me and told me that he would refund my money after I told him that I knew the owner of the company. I do not believe that money was ever returned to my account at PayPal. This happened in the Spring and I do not know the date.

total "rip off", scheduled the first appointment outside of the 30 day refund period for Angie's List coupons. Failed to show up and stated that I could get my money back from Angie's list. That was a joke Angie's list said that refunds were only given within 30 days but they would help resolve the issue with The Gutter Man. What a joke now I get an automated email from Elizabeth telling me that "if I need assistance" they will be glad to help. So I'm out $94 for a coupon that was worthless. How bad can you rate a service?

Okay so they are suppose to refunding my money because I booked that on June twenty forth for an appointment on august the fifth they call me up august the forth and told me they were no longer honoring the coupon that they too busy to take care of people with that coupon and that they would call me a month or two to see if they could reinstate it or I could call you and get my money back. When the lady called me she said that they had a meeting two weeks before the forth where they decided not to honor these coupons anymore and I said well why are you calling me the day before they service and she said well there is a lot of people we had to cancel and so I spent two more weeks to get this done I got on Angielist I found another provider and he did it within a week, well they could be communicative with their customers they could plan better.

Please see letter posted above. I have not heard back from them, which is also disappointing and unprofessional. I have to answer on this site if I'd hire them again. Well, I do not know at this point. I have not heard from them. We have a scheduled appointment for September 6th. I am curious to see if they keep the appointment, and if they honor the advertised Special?? I will write a follow up at that time and let you know for sure if I'd use them again. Today I'll mark yes.

Wow,wow,wow a company worth waiting for. This is a professional company. They do excellent work and communicate with you every step of the way. Will use them again.

It didn't. They were too booked to even schedule an appointment. After trying to reach them for over 3 weeks (mail box was full, so I couldn't even leave a message) I finally got to to talk to a real person who kindly told me to find a different company because they were booked 4 weeks out and weren't even scheduling appointments. It was past 30 days of guaranteed refund that Angies list promises, so had to call Angie's list to get it done. Angie's list was very easy to deal with and a refund was issued wihin 2 days.

My appointment was rescheduled three times, then the Angie's List voucher I had purchased was suspended. No work was performed.

They are backed up and cannot complete the work for another 90 days. I purchased the deal back in June

It took at least 2 weeks and I had not heard from anyone, so I called to schedule the cleaning was told they were back logged would be at least a month, I went ahead and scheduled. Today (month and half later) I called to confirm my appointment and was told it would be at least till OCTOBER before they could schedule me in that's 2 more months!! What a waste of my time, I could have gone with another provider instead of being bumped. VERY DISSAPOINTED to say the least!

Bought the Angies coupon on June 9th for $94 and scheduled cleaning for 7 weeks later on July 28, Called to confirm appointment on July 25th and was told they would do the job as scheduled. Evening of July 27th they called and cancelled appointment. Said I could reschedule for end of August. I told them to forget it. Sounds as if anyone with a coupon is getting cancelled. Very disappointed in this company.

When we called to set appt they would not honor service purchased.
