Had very similar experience to "F" review posted on 5/16/16. After waiting over a month for my scheduled appointment that was cancelled due to weather (which really wasn't that bad in my area) they want to push me out another month. These guys are obviously overwhelmed and can't handle all the business - buyer beware. And to top it all off, Angie's List won't give me a refunt because it's "beyond the thirty day window"... not impressed.

Great job one cannot tell where the work was done it matches so well with the door.

Did a great job, quick. Also helped us by resloping part of a gutter and installing an additional downspout.

I purchased a in April for the Gutter Man's services. Immediately after the purchase I contact them to set up an appointment for them to come to the house. The customer service representative stated they were currently setting up appointments for two week in advance. I opted to make my appointment a month in advance in order to get them to come out on my day off. The day before they were to arrive I received a call reminding me they were coming to my residence. The representative stated he believed the employees would be arriving in the morning. The representative then stated but they were currently running behind due to poor weather my area was experiencing. The day of the scheduled appointment I was stuck at my residence all day without even a phone call letting me know they were behind. I contacted the company at 4:30 and the representative stated they crew was supposed to have already been at my residence. The representative stated she would contact the job foreman and she would call me back with an ETA. At 4:50 after not receiving a call back I contacted the company again. The representative stated the crew was supposed to have called me. She stated the crew was way behind schedule due to the poor weather and the amount of Big Deal and Angie's List coupons they have sold. I said that was ok I understand I would like to make sure they will be coming to my residence on the next day to complete my SCHEDULED service. The representative raised her voice stating that is not going to happen. I will have to schedule in the second week in June (another month away) I advised the representative of the circumstance of my appointment and loss of my time waiting at my residence. This fell on the deaf ears of the representative who immediately stated I guess you will have to contact Big Deal and get a refund. I then informed the rep. I would be posting negative reviews on every website about the TERRIBLE service I was being offered. This caused her to begin yelling WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT! I describe the entire experience to her who ended our conversation with "Get your refund." Of course by that point I was to the point I no longer wanted to talk to this awful employee and hung up.

I had to wait a month for an appointment, took off from work, and they did not show. I called to find out that they wanted to reschedule because of the weather (BTW - it didn't rain all morning!) and that it would be at least three more weeks until they could fit me back into the schedule. And to add insult to injury, the woman who answers the phone is unkind and slow - a particularly frustrating combination to deal with while I was missing work and being told that my month long wait was now being extended. I got a "good deal" on the price, but I guess you get what you pay for!

Did a great job! Gutters were unclogged and flowed easily during the next rain.

The Gutter Man office contacted us promptly after we purchased the special from Angies List. Two-man crew came out the following week at the appointed time. Courteous and professional. We hadn't had our gutters cleaned in years so there was a lot to clean out. They did a great job and took care not to damage our landscaping. They inspected the roof while they were up there and showed us (via cell phone pictures) holes in two of the pipe vents. They offered to install Perma-Boots over those vents for about $125 per boot. We could have bought the boots for $20 each at Lowes and done it ourselves but those vents were on a really steep section of our 2-story roof. We decided a total of $350 for the gutter cleaning plus boot installation was a reasonable price. I plan on hiring them again for annual gutter cleaning.

They were a very nice crew. I had screens on top of the gutters that I didn't know cost extra. They didn't put one screen back and I fixed it myself.

$94.00 was to clean 250 feet of gutters & downspouts. When they cleaned the gutter they used a leaf blower and it blew a ton of debris into my pool and spa. It looked like it had mud in it. They said they were sorry about the mess in my pool. $250.00 to repair two stacks with holes in them. $75.00 to repair the corner of my gutter that was leaking. The price was fine, but I think they need to reconsider how they clean gutters near pools. It took us hours to vacuum and clean out the mess they made. Otherwise I liked them.

Fantastic job on annual gutter cleaning. Will use again, and again! They also installed my gutters two years ago. I highly recommend them for that as well.

Had to schedule about 3 weeks out, but they came out when they said they would and completed the job.

I paid $94.00 up in the front. The repairmen (three of them) ask more just simple reattch the gutters. They also ask me to pay them instand to their company. Later, I found out the gutter not been fixed at all.

I did have good luck with them. It looked like it was always there, it was perfect. They were really knowledgeable, very straightforward, very honest about the things that I didn't need as well. They were just great overall.

After paying for the "deal" to clean gutters, I was surprised to learn that there was additional charges...and it really wasn't a very big roof,,,but I had the work done anyway, despite my disappointment with the additional charge.

Overall went well. Work crew was timely, professional and had very good attention to safety. The date of the service had been scheduled for a while, but I had not asked whether to expect morning or afternoon, and that detail was not provided by The Gutter Man. I should have asked, but (if known) from scheduling that could be mentioned to the customer. The work site was cleaned up reasonably well, including the blow down from rinsing the gutters post-cleaning. While the crew was racing darkness, it would have been great if they had hosed down the pool deck near the rear downspouts as some wet muck remained behind after blowing off the deck. I rinsed that off after the crew left.

I found this provider on Angie's List and paid through PayPal. I received an email from them to contact their office. When I did so, I was told the soonest appointment would be June 9th - 6 weeks away ! Who can wait that long to have their gutters cleaned? They should state this on their advertisement and/or email. Now I have to contact Angies List for a refund myself.

I purchased a deal from this company from the Angieslist website, which was $94 for gutter and downspout cleaning. When I called to schedule, I was told it would be approximately 2 weeks before they could come out because this was a busy time of year for them and also because they try and schedule all of their appointments on certain sides of town on the same day. The company called to confirm the appointment the night before, and the crew called when they were about 5 min. away from our house on the day of service. Two guys worked on the job--one stood on the roof and power-washed the gutters, while the other guy used a blower to clean off the sidewalks and patio area. AFTER the job was complete, they wrote up my invoice and said I was over on square footage covered by the deal, so I owed an additional $14.70. It's not a big deal, but it would have been nice if they would have told me about the extra charge in advance. Also, the deal must not cover a huge amount of square footage, because I live in a patio home and don't even have gutters all the way around it. All in all, it seems like they good job.

They were prompt, professional, and the cost was reasonable. I will use them again in the future.

I like that they care about their customers. They went out of their way to give me extra service without charging me for it. They explained what I need to be done in the future and there was no sales pressuring.

It went very well. They accidently cracked a tile on the roof. The cleaners told me immediately and the company had the tile replaced. They were extremely professional in handling this matter. They are very detailed inexplaining what they will do and how they will do it. The pricing is explained and detailed as to what you are paying for.

They did a good job. They were very friendly and provided the extra estimate very quickly. The only issue I had with them was that they did not get to my house until 6 in the evening. They told me that they would turn up to my house as the last appointment and I assumed that would be around 3 or 4 in the evening.

They couldn?t be scheduled before the end of May, so I requested a refund.

The window for arrival was between 1 and 7 and they arrived at 6:15. The foreman explained the process , explained that the square footage was larger than the offer and told me what the upcharge was. They did their work quickly and cleaned up after themselves. I would have liked a shorter arrival window as it really impacted my day having to be near the house all afternoon. Other than that, a good experience and I think I will use them again.

I purchased a big deal with them for gutter cleaning and everything went just fine.
