We had a scheduled appointment for the estimate of 4:30pm. I was at home at 4:28pm waiting outside for the estimator. I called the office at 4:45pm to confirm if the estimator was coming, and was advised the estimator arrived and left because no one was home. Upon reviewing security video footage the estimator had arrived at 4:09pm, well before the appointment time and left. The office advised I could reschedule because the estimator was no longer available. While the offer is nice it would require more schedule flexibility on my part and none on theirs. This is a precursor to service and sets a very bad tone for what is to come and therefore I will not be using this company for work on my home. Also if the company responds that they called me twice to confirm the appointment and I did not call back, my feedback is that yes they did call me twice but the voice message was a reminder and the action was to call if I had any questions or wanted to reschedule. I did not have any questions nor did I want to reschedule my appointment therefore I did not call back. If a different response is expected then a different action request in the voicemail should be communicated.

Gutter Man showed on time to give us an estimate, was courteous and very helpful.

Very Well, They came on time and the crew did all of the cleaning from the roof top. So there was no putting up ladders along the gutters or trampling on plants and shrubs. I plan to use them at least twice a year to keep the gutters clean.

Removed debris & flushed out w hose. Took about 3-4 hours. Also cleaned all the debris they flushed out and removed.

sold 3 exhaust roof cover to me for $125 each. A little bit expensive but I decided to get those taken care of anyway.

They were amazingly professional! The value of this service was more than we expected. It took a long time for them to be able to come out, but they were very clear about that from the beginning so we went in eyes wide open. They communicated very well before and after arrival, and did exactly what was expected with a high level of excellence.

The team of two arrived on time after calling me up and letting me know. One of them inspected the roof (got on to the roof) and the gutters and gave me their assessment of the repairs that needed to be done. I did know that there was a leak in the roof somewhere since I'd had water dripping through the ceiling below during a severe thunderstorm so it was good to know that they'd identified possible sources. The price quoted for the work seemed a little high to me but I decided to go ahead rather than spend more time calling around and getting quotes. The guys were polite and personable and explained the work they would do well enough. My assessment is that they did a great job.

They were on time professional and cleaned up after themselves. The only thing I did not get hat I was hoping for was recommendations/analysis of the condition of my existing gutters and I also wanted a quote on new gutters for the sides of my home where there are none now. That did not happen. To be fair to the company though I never called them back after they left to follow up on these requests. 8/7/15 - The owner called me today to apologize for team members not leaving the inspection report. He is also swinging by my house to do a quote for me for additional work we are considering. He truly does pay attention to these reviews and cares about his customers satisfaction. I was already happy with the work provided but now won't go anywhere else for gutter work I need done.

Perfect. The guys were professional and thorough. They went the extra mile even doing some things that they did not charge me for.

I felt like they pulled a fast one by honoring the special coupon and then telling me I need to buy another $450 in screen for the gutters. They left a HUGE mess. Nails in my driveway, pieces of screen littered around the yard and in the flower beds, roof gravel covering all the beds and deck in the backyard. They broke a couple of my solar lights and never mentioned it. Everything was covered with grit from the roof. All in all, the job was sloppy and they didn't seem to care. When I spoke to the office about the problems, she said a supervisor would contact me to arrange for all the debris to be picked up, but that never happened. Since I was at work when we had the conversation about the gutter screens, I felt like I had a gun to my head such that buying the new screens was the only way the gutters will stay clean. But, there are pieces just laying on top of other pieces, not even secured with nails, screws or other implements. This is the first really bad experience I've had with an Angie's List provider.

Initially engaged to clean gutters with the expectation that more work might be needed, which proved to be the case. Crews involved with all work were on time, professional, informative, efficient. Work required that was identified was thoroughly explained along with timeline and costs. Video summary of work performed was provided. No surprises and we were most pleased with the results.

Provider is responsive, although the emails are very long and repetitive, prefer to the point and short. They profusely apologized for not being able to come out sooner than 6 weeks out. They came by and were professional and polite and explained all well. The service was not provided as provider determined the gutters too old/damaged. We knew they were ready for replacement, but took so long for the Gutter Man to come out that we had already enlisted other quotes for replacement. I had bought an Angie's List deal, so now I will need to find out how to get a return for a service not delivered.

Things went very well. Although they were a little bit later than I was told, they did call ahead and keep me appraised of when I should expect them to arrive. They got to work quickly, measuring out the number of linear feet of gutter that I had, took payment for the extra footage, and then began their work cleaning my gutters. They recommended leaf guards to be installed on my house, but based upon the price and the fact that there was no discount for future gutter cleanings should I decide to get them installed, I chose not to have them installed. I did keep the quote and may consider it in the future. They cleaned up after themselves and were very professional.

They did an excellent job. We have been wanting to have screens put on the gutters for a long time but always thought it would be very expensive and there were other things we needed to do before that. The cost was extremely reasonable! I wish we had found this company sooner. Three men came out and they were polite and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs any work done on their house that this company provides. I assure you my wife and I will.

Services performed were in a timely and professional manner. Office personnel contacted me the day before that they would be at my home between 1 & 5 pm. The service guys called me about 20 minutes before arriving and they were a little ahead of schedule. They explained the process and they measured first to ensure the coupon covered the 250 linear feet. Before I knew it, they completed the job.

I had to wait awhile for the apt, but they were worth waiting for. The guys did a great job, very polite and professional. Gave me a positive report on the condition of the roof. Will call them again in the fall.
