Gutterman does a great job, from taking your order, scheduling the job and installing the gutters. Margaret in the office keeps you well informed on the status of your order and calls you 30 minutes before the crew arrives. Very impressive!

Professional service. Checked roof for loose shingles. Didn't try to get me to buy more services. They were awesome.

They were appropriately dressed. They all had uniforms. There were four on a crew. They looked good and the truck looked good. They looked very professional. The equipment they used was very professional. They did the job quickly and went about their way.

Service was great. I received a reminder call and another call when they were 20mins out. Jonathan kept me informed throughout the entire process as I was traveling and not at home. The office staff was very professional and called me to make payment and verified the work that was approved. They did a great job and left everything clean when the job was done. Great experience and would use them again. Great customer service.

We had to cancel the service due to the fact that our Christmas Lights were already up at the time. But the person that came out was very nice, explained to me that with the lights it wont work and offered to re-schedule.

Good professional job. Cleaned gutters and gave a reasonable quote (which was accepted) for a few small repairs. An annual service contract was offered which we accepted.

After purchasing the Angie's List deal, they contacted me fairly quickly to let me know, there were no appointments anytime soon because they were so busy. Appreciated that they let me know, but would have appreciated it more if I known before purchasing. I may not have purchased that deal at all. Purchased the deal and called to schedule appointment in late August, couldn't find an appointment day that worked until early October. There was also a snafu with the scheduling. It's my understanding it was due to a former employee that did not comply with company policy in scheduling. In the end, the Gutter Man resolved the issue to my satisfaction (and I thank them for that) but it was an inconvenience to deal with. Their policy (at least for gutter cleanings) is not to let you know what time they will be coming until a day or two before the appointment (and even then it's only to let you know what number job you are that day, not a particular time that day) which can be difficult for people with busy schedules. While I can understand their reasoning for doing so, it makes it difficult to work around. The gutter cleaning team was nice and professional and I believe they did a good job. I may use them again now that I understand their process (and can try to take that into account when scheduling with them). It will depend.

Really did a good job and excellent cleanup

It was okay, there was nothing special. The guys who came to clean the gutters spent more time trying to sell me covers for my roof vent and that made me a little uncomfortable. The $94 was a very fair. It took me a few weeks without hearing from them.

It went very well. They were on time and did a very good job. The gutters are beautiful. They are bigger than the old ones so they can handle more water. They finished the job and cleaned up the area.

They did what I expected, overall a good job.

After initially scheduling my appointment with the service provider three times they advised me that my information was lost and had to reschedule. With the service provider rescheduling they could not get me in until 11/1/15 and we had initial appointments set up for 9/18/15 then 9/20/15 and then 9/24/15. Their systems had some issues but am not sure why they still had to reschedule me.

Guys were very professional. Happy with everything. Have suggestion...I feel that when they take photos for customers, make sure there are landmarks in ALL photos so there are no questions it's customers roof.

Not only did they do a fine job cleaning, they found an leak in our roof and advised how it could be repaired. Very communicative and prompt. They left the area clean and clear. Will work with them again.

There seemed to be a problem with them coming out on initially planned date, and then another after that, so they are not reliable as far as punctuality. However, I did read other reviews where this seemed to be the problem as well, so I think it might have been an influx of business and just problems scheduling, which was not a problem for us because we were not home waiting for them, but does not exactly put our trust in the company. I also noticed they did not clean up very well afterwards as there were leaves left all over my yard and driveway, but they got the job done which is what was most important to us. I have to say though that had we not already purchased the service on Angies List we would have cancelled and called someone else.

First of all, kudos...and I do mean KUDOS...to these folks. From the start, everything went smoothly. We were the first call of the day, and as promised, we were called 45 minutes prior to arrival and the crew arrived in exactly 45 minutes! The crew that worked with us yesterday. ..Alex and Osbaldo...are to be commended for their professionalism and commitment to doing the best job possible to resolve the issue. The initial estimate of three hours rolled into six hours, and they were diligent and steadfast in their task. We could not have asked for a better crew or a better outcome! Your company is fortunate to have such a quality and qualified team on your staff! Without hesitation, we recommend The Gutter Man...and this team...and we will use them again.
