Description of Work: They called and we set an approx time before 5PM. they did not show up but finally called at 6:50PM and said they were 10 to 15 minutes away and I made the comment that it was already dark, they said they would call to reschedule. Description of Work: First, they were late. Second, they did not clean up. There were a lot of pine needles on the ground and the gutters were left dirty. I have used them before and never had a problem. This time, they used a different crew and it seemed to me as if they were in a hurry. They should have rescheduled for a different date because it rained the day before and everything was wet and heavy and it left a mess. The dirty water dripped down the gutters and they left it like that. I don't know if I would use them again. They are very pricy.
