Description of Work: They did not provide the service as I cancelled. The special they ran was so successful, but you you couldn't get an appoinment I had to wait over 6 weeks before they could even get to my house. I did not appreciate my card being charged and then having to wait so long for services.

Description of Work: Jeff gave us a great review with pics before we ever scheduled an appointment. During the work the workers were in constant contact with me as I was out of town. Turns out we also needed three new Perma Boots on three out vents on the roof. So I authorized that work as well. The three Perma Boots were $300.00. They work was great. The only thing is we have one of the notorious 3 story homes and they charged $100 just to get on the roof. We had an Angie's List coupon so that helped with the work they did.
