Description of Work: I bot Angie's gutter cleaning deal expecting service within seven to ten days. The "Gutter Man" sent an email a few days later stating due to wet conditions it will be four weeks before they will be able to clean the gutter. Too long of a wait for me, so I canceled.

Description of Work: I signed up for the gutter cleaning service. They sent me a note to call office to schedule service. When I did they said since I had a metal roof they wanted to charge me an extra $50 which is virtually a 50% upcharge. There was NOTHING on either your or their website about upcharges for metal roofs. Their website merely mentioned that they use a certain type of shoes. I WANT A FULL REFUND ASAP. This deal was misleading and unethical at best.

We apologize for being unable to clean this members system, however, the gutter connects to a reverse curve (on top) that is then connected under the shingles; and then is completely compacted inside with debris due to neglected maintenance. This type of system greatly affects the integrity of the roof and can be damaged while opening/removing the helmet for cleaning. We recommend replacement or contacting the company that installed it. A "never clean your gutters" policy is attached to these systems. The Gutter Man

We offered this Member the exact day they requested and a discount on their cleaning for the inconvenience. However, One of our guys was attacked by a swarm of bees being stung all over!!! Which delayed some jobs and two others needed to be rescheduled altogether. Honestly, everyone was completely understanding about the incident but this One Member was just really callous and abusive. This is an unfortunate situation but is the nature of our line of work. We completely empathize with this Member's inconvenience and made every attempt to expedite a reschedule date, Monday or Tuesday which He requested. However, the emotional state that was presented to Us was unwarranted. This Member was verbally abusive and would not stop using profanity or screaming throughout the whole conversation. One of our employees were hurt from a bee attack, and still completed the job at hand while another employees was verbally abused and screamed at. Both handle their job and we appreciate the professionalism. Shame on this Member blatant attempt to exaggerate the the incident and try to hurt a group of individuals in such a vindictive manner.
