Description of Work: What a great experience. My roof has never been this clean. They called the day prior to confirm, and the techs also called about 1/2 an hour out to let me know they were on the way. I purchased screens for my gutters, and also 3 perma-boots. The techs took pictures of some damage of my existing damaged boots. He took after pictures when complete. Very pleased with the prices, services and results. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: They cleaned my gutters out, inspected gutter system and provided a report of items that should be repaired. I'll say first that they did a thorough job and I felt like I got a good value for the price. I had to schedule two weeks out with this company and didn't know if I'd be able to be there or even remember they were coming by then. They assured me they could access the roof and I need not be there. I'd paid in advance on the Angie's Big Deal, after all? Field supervisor reminded me on the way to the house that the price was based on about 200 ft. of gutter. I thought I would be safe having a medium sized house. They got me when they added my downspouts. I didn't sweat the additional $13.02. What turned this into a stressful experience was that when they called from my house, I was at a Vet hospital with my cat, while he was being given an ultrasound for stomach cancer. The field rep called to tell me I was a few ft over and wanted to collect the $13.02 before they did the work. I wasn't comfortable calling out my credit card info in a room of strangers that I was unable to leave. I asked if they could just complete it while they were there, and I could call in the information for the $13.02 when I got home. There was an awkward pause over the phone. At that point I suggested they just leave and come back at another time. I would have just called another company who could have come out sooner had they done so. I'd already waited two weeks for this crew. He agreed to move forward with the service, warning me that someone would call me to collect payment in 30 min. I said I would call them, hello? Their office called back less then 30 min later, then again, while the vet was discussing my cats results w/ me. I called their office and paid them as soon as I got home and was relieved they got their $13.02 and that I was square with the house. I wouldn't be opposed to hiring them again at this point but would make it a point to be at home when they did the work.

Description of Work: I bought a Big Deal for $94 for Gutter and Downspout Cleaning. He wouldn't do the work for $94, he it would be an additional cost for cutting back an overhanging branch and because my roof is metal.

Description of Work: Paid $95 to have 30 feet of gutter cleaned because it was a "deal" on Angie's List. That was supposed to be have covered over 150 feet of gutter. I over paid, but then the service techs refused to do any work because our downspouts were "not secure". Had to pay them $25 extra to "secure" them. I had to wait one month for my appointment after buying the "deal" and did not want to wait any longer. Total rip off. Would not use them again.
