+ -1 moreThis company really lives up to its name; they are so very professional. Everything was done wonderfully, and I have not had any problems as far as the carpets ripping up or overlapping. I remember when the service was performed, they were right on time and seemed to know exactly what they were doing. I couldn't think of any questions to ask them because they answered them before I even got a chance to ask!
Description of Work: Great Rug Company installed carpet throughout the house upstairs, downstairs, and in the hallway as well.

+ -1 moreI MOVED INTO A HOUSE THEY HAD REPLACED THE CARPET IN SO I'M NOT SURE ABOUT THE COST, BUT THEY CAME TO STRETCH IT FOR ME. I WASN'T THE ORIGINAL CUSTOMER, BUT THEY ALWAYS RESPOND WHEN NEEDED.
