Description of Work: I purchased several items.

Description of Work: Darius at the Container Store on Post Oak did the plan for our garage. We had worked with him previously on Elfa drawer rack system for outside patio cabinet that holds items for a outdoor kitchen. We took the initial plan home and double-checked what we had, went back and he made some adjustments. The garage storage was tailored to fit the totes/bins we had, new totes needed, plus additional items. The Elfa shelving is fully adjustable, horizontally and vertically so we are not boxed into a fixed plan or cabinet as our needs change. We have drawers on part to put bulk goods. There are lots of accessories available to handle the lawn/garden equipment, bikes, cleaning supplies, again on an adjustable track. Key to success was to clean out to calculate what our storage needs actually were and the space we to work with. Without this you will not end up with the results you are looking for. We included those items in the attic that are just too hard to navigate taking up/down. We held off on installation until we had fully prepared the garage by cleaning out, organizing & painting the ceiling/walls. Sam was our installer and was EXCELLENT. He knows the product and with his help, we ended up tweaking the design a bit at the time of installation to accommodate structural items that we did not consider. We bought the product during the annual Elfa Product and Installation sale which made this an affordable option with professional installation/delivery. We also bought smaller clear lidded bins that have allowed us to organize the misc garage clutter by type. Being able to see what you have in a labeled tote helps a lot during a project when you are looking for something without having to dig.

Description of Work: They did put in elfa modular shelving and redid my old closet. I had everything that was original (the rods, molding, shelving, etc) removed, and all new elfa modular shelving installed.
