Gary did a great job. It took a little longer than we both expected, due to getting correct understanding of current structural layout. Very professional and easy to work with and was very available for questions and suggestions. i would use him again and recommend to others.

Our rating on the service and the company are "Excellent". Customer Satisfaction was "Excellent". Our expectations to have our drawings done, were surpassed by the service that we received. The discussions of what we needed were on a Friday mid-morning... I received the contract that afternoon and Mr. Beck came to our house on a Sunday afternoon to do the drawings of the house. Which I never expected anyone to come out on a week-end. We received the Engineering plans on Tuesday afternoon... 2 copies with the signature and Engineering stamped were all ready to take to the city office and get the permit. The drawings were so precise and everything that would be needed to do the project were very plainly drawn out. There was not guessing as to what was going to be needed. It was outstanding. We even received a comment from the permit expeditor that was going to get the permit on how impressed she was at the drawings and everything in such detail. I would recommend Mr. Gary Beck and EcoHoldings to anyone. We are planning on requesting his services again when we get ready to build a house. The service and was outstanding.... Grafetul customer.
