TEXAS WINDOW CLEANING CO INC

I used this company several years ago. I called to get an estimate and the owner/president of the company said he would get back to me to schedule a time to look at the job. He did not schedule and appointment with me and came while I was out and left a card at our back door, which annoyed me as I thought it was inappropriate to just show up at someone's home without an appointment. I went ahead and hired them becaue they were members of the BBB and did not have any complaints lodged against them. When the gentleman arrived to actually do the work, he was ALONE, which again I thought was weird since the job would have gone so much faster with 2 people. He tried to get me to leave the screens OFF my windows after he removed them to clean the windows, saying that I probably never left my windows open for fresh air. He was also very dismissive because he said that the inside of my windows were dirty and therefore the outside of the windows would never look clean. I would not use this company again, although the actual work they did was satisfactory and the price was in line with what I have paid in the past. I just did not like the personalities of the people I dealt with. It has been several years since I used this company and they may have changed the way they deal with people, but I would still not use them again.

They were on time, and did a fine job, but not an exceptional one.
